I went to the surgery for my cervicsl test due recently. As many women can appreciate this is a pretty unpleasant test. I was left waiting 45 minutes which I accepted however one week later i received a message to make a non urgent appointment.receptionist advised it’s for my results
Dr called and advised she had placed my test into expired fluid so it was returned unacceptable. I now have to wait a further 6 weeks and repeat the test.
Dr Clark advised it is not her fault it’s the receptionists, fair enough however perhsps Dr doing test could or SHOULD double check as a patient should not have to endure this a second time and have to wait another 6 weeks and take more time off to retest.in my younger years, I had bad results so I was quite anxious about this and there has been no appreciation to the way that I feel nor the way I have been treated
even more disappointing today when I spoke to the receptionist about it in the middle of me talking to her she said thank you and hung up the phone in my ear. The staff are very rude and uncaring. I will never return to this surgery. No recommend it to any of my friends or family.

Healthsense offers a range of services in-house in addition to general practice, including pathology, physio, women's health and men's health. Thoroughly recommended.

Dr Clarke is a fantastic Doctor very caring and always listens. I won’t see any one else now I’ve found her

Dr Joshie, was extremely helpful.
The only down fall was when I arrived at the clinic, I said hello as I walked in and the Receptionist was too busy talking to another staff member discussing a none medical issue to be bothered to acknowledge me or say hello back. (I was the only PX there)
I know we check ourselves in but common courtesy would be nice. Bit rude

I am very happy with my experiences at Health Sense Medical Centre. The doctors and the staff are very caring and very efficient. I have been to both of their practices and it has always been happy. My doctor inparticular l cannot praise enough. Always has time to listen to your worries.

Dr saachin joshi has looked after me for at least five plus years and I have never had someone so dedicated to helping me be healthy. So much so many of my family and friends now have him as there doc. When he's not available there are a wide variety of very thorough docs that are. These guys are the best!

The nurse was absolutely lovely. Made my daughter feel at ease and even gave her a special bag to take home. Was a good experience
