I was a patient there for a long time unfortunately the way I was treated today by a doctor regarding mental health issues was beyond anything I have ever come accross,
I am changing clinics

The receptionist was so rude and unhelpful there! Went for my first covid jab where I had to ask her to repeat herself several times because I could not understand her rapid fire questions to me muffled behind the mask.

I was given a second appointment at a time that did not suit me and was not allowed to change the time at all with her while I was there in person, and had to go on a cancellation list apparently.
This 2nd appt process was far harder than it should be!
I decided I would not return there ever again and have gone to get my second jab elsewhere. I would not recommend you go for your covid vaccination there.

Understaffed clinic. One receptionist, and often not that helpful; doesn’t care much either. A couple of doctors very good so often booked out. Others very average. Charge gaps as well.

Very rude receptionist. Don’t know how to talk with the patients. I do not recommend this clinic

I have never had a problem with seeing one of my doctors and all I can say is the service has been excellent, at times Angela can be a little grumpy first thing in the morning yet I am sure we all can at times.

Service quality is a lottery among their GPs - some are ok, some don't even give you a diagnosis/opinion. When I got some swabs taken (doctor didnt tell me what they were for) I got a request from the lab for my signature and a warning I would be billed if I didnt reply (via post of course) within 5 days. I've never had this happen anywhere else in Australia.

One of the GPs was asked to ring me back once because I complained that I had no diagnosis and no idea what was wrong with me despite taking 2 swabs. He informed me that the practice only communicates with people 'if something is wrong'. 'so theres no need to call'. Thats the level of service we are talking at this place. I dont go here anymore.

Visited this clinic for my Vaccine. They were efficient but also treated me as an important patient.

Walking into this surgery I got a strange, uncomfortable and depressing vibe. The surgery itself is old and rundown and had a funny smell - basically it felt like there was a lack of love.

Further to the very lacking physical features, the admin staff were completely miserable, unhelpful, rude and disengaged. The only justifiable reason for their lack of engagement could only be attributed to the deficient management, poor leadership, workload and culture of the centre.

The wait times are ridiculous (which I never understood as the doctors were always running behind yet I was always rushed) the phone wait times can be up to 15 minutes and the reception staff turnover seems frequent. Basically every vibe is one of incompetence and unprofessionalism. It was depressing visiting the centre.

The doctors do not seem thorough, nor do they seem happy or content. One doctor was particularly arrogant. There is a total lack of patient care and I feel that I was being dismissed and at times I was misdiagnosed. It felt like a really badly run business (focus on over booking and getting as many people in and out the door quickly) with a lack of empathy and understanding towards patients.

The doctors I saw had no bedside manner at all. I gave it a good go, attending for a period of time hoping for improvement or change in management. Even their online script and referral system is deficient. Every dealing with the staff, from admin to doctors, was painful. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother attending- plenty of better professional practices in the area with great doctors!

Just been on the phone for 8 minutes 21 seconds having been promised a receptionist would answer. All I got was a hang up by reception - couldn't speak to anyone. Give this practice a miss. Less than professional.

TO me, staff are very efficient, ensuring all your details are correct, the doctors visits are very thorough, that all aspects on the consultation are detailed leaving me very confident with each visit

Went around May 2020. The doctors there are great, but the receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. My booking was changed to a different doctor by receptionists without informing me. After the shocking I was mischarged as well. I appreciate the stuff from another clinc (under same company with this one, Clinic at Brook) helped me with organising the refund.

Well organised and family oriented clinic. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful and the clinical skill of the GP’s employed is exceptional.

Very disappointing experience, after 40 min waiting doctor was in a rush and couldn’t even let me finish describing symptoms. I was interrupted many times and my concerns did not even get an answer in the end.

I had a telephone consultation yesterday with Dr Nawana for my daughters sickness. She has been very helpful and kind to us and recommended for a right direction for the situation. Thank you very much.

My doctor is Dr. Olivia Chen. I have seen many doctors in my days and I really like her service. She’s not blunt where it comes across as rude like other doctors nor does she blabber on either. She is informative and delivers whatever news professionally with a touch of kindness which is essential in her line of work. Really appreciate the dedication and professionalism.

Dr Kim Lim is great and deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately the brunette female on reception this morning at 11am deserves minus 5 stars, obnoxious, rude, almost yelling questions about my identity so everyone else in the waiting room could hear. Then brusquley told me the app i used to book online was no longer being used. I informed her it was working when i used it and thanks for interrogating me. Obviously too caught up in her own self to take the hint as no apology forthcoming. Plenty of other practices around!

The reception staff I encountered were very patient and helpful. The doctor I saw was caring and understanding and not quick to rush me out the door. My parents are regular patients and I will be from hereon.

Came in today (Monday 1st June) at around 4pm - clinic address 523 Lower NE Road. One receptionist was a real pleasure to deal with, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the other lady (tall slim build with medium-length straight blonde hair) had a very rude tone with me. I don't know what's up her tailpipe, but boy does she have an attitude problem. She is the last person you want working at a medical reception desk. No issues whatsoever with the doctors, but as long as her gross unprofessionalism is allowed to continue, it's best to avoid this clinic. Nobody should have to deal with that rubbish, not least people who are seeking medical care. I would recommend visiting the other clinic at 592 Lower NE Road - I've never had any issues there.

I’ve been coming to this surgery for many years, I find the staff very friendly and helpful! There can be delays sometimes for doctors but I’ve found that to be quite common at surgeries
The doctors are very thorough and friendly and physiotherapists is very good I would recommend this surgery ️
