Health at Campbelltown reviews
46The phone consult was very helpful and convenient. Would be very happy to use this service again. Thankyou
I booked an appointment with them just as I was about to arrive they called me and they had to cancel my appointment while I had to drop everything just to come and then being told that my appointment was canceled
After i complained to my doctor about waiting 55 minutes, she kept my appointment to the correct timing. Therefore she didn't look at the stated change in my breast tissue. My doctor simply made reference about my yearly mamagram coming up in a month (as i have had breast cancer).
Thanks to Dr Wong. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Overall experience was excellent and minimum waiting time
Dr. Lauren Konechny was a great doctor, first visit for me and was looked at professional, helpful and friendly, thank you Daniel
Health at Campbelltown's doctors are unrivalled with their skill and experience when working with patients. Big shout out to Dr Jann Wong, who has been our family doctor for too many years to count, and Dr Lauren Konecny who are flawless doctors who excel in treating patients with kindness and respect.
Very happy with service I received at Health at Campbelltown. Dr Karina very thorough and girls at reception friendly
Service by doctor was quick and prompt and the doctor showed great empathy with my circumstances. Well done Lueren, keep up the wonderful service.
The service is a great initiative.
It was a doctor I hadn't meet, he was a little abrupt with me, I found and didn't listen to my needs.
Dr. Anna is an extremely knowledgeable doctor and treated me with warmth and care. She was thorough and helped me feel at ease while she patiently guided me with my health issues.
It's a very uncomplicated, straight forward, no hassle, time friendly and comfortable experience at health at campbelltown.
Dentists in here are friendly and professional!
Toothache bothered me for two nights and they solved it in couple minutes!
The prices are very reasonable and have free follow-up visits!
Reception staff don’t give you their name. And I know why. Because they refuse to help in a crisis. And are too scared to talk to the doctors in an emergency triage situation. No wonder hospitals are filled with unnecessary patients clogging the system.
I have attended this clinic for a number of years and have noticed that the appointments are always at least 45 minutes - 1 hour later then anticipated. I have had multiple experiences where I’ve been late to work because of this slow service. Hopefully management can workout a plan to resolve this as your workload has decreased as you are not seeing potentially infectious patients in fear of contracting COVID-19 or Influenza A. Which has resulted in our emergency departments to become overwhelmed with patients. Please get this sorted ASAP!
A terrible first experience. My 3 month old baby had a fever that needed to be seen by a doctor but the receptionist insisted that we could not come into the clinic due to the fever. We asked if they could see the baby in person in the car park or even at the door (it was raining heavily and was cold on that day but we accepted that and wanted the baby to be examined). The receptionist refused all options and only offered phone consults. But because my baby has never been a patient there before, phone consults were not covered by Medicare. We had to pay for the full fee. There was no other doctor at other clinics close to us available on that day.
When we finally had a call from the doctor for the phone consult, we were told by the doctor that we should have brought the baby to them to be examined in person, that she would come out and see the baby, that we should seek better help because the baby was too young. She said to call for another appointment if the baby wasn’t feeling better which we did later that day and received the same response from reception that only phone consults were available in our case!? !?
I would have thought as a medical clinic they should have acted more ethically, especially when the patient is a little baby. Telehealth consults for babies are not appropriate - babies can’t say where they feel uncomfortable, how can doctors give the right judgement? Plus their fees are not cheap, only to provide terrible service. We will not come back and will not recommend this clinic to anyone
Attended Dental at Campbelltown. Is inside Health at Campbelltown. Very happy with service and fees. I will go there again next time I need Dental care.
Not concerned about the DR’s, the admin staff are appalling. Unapproachable and rude, not professional at all, they need a new admin staff.rude rude rude
I've been to four female doctors here. None were bad and I really like two of them. The doctor I go to most often is very thorough, making sure she includes everything. I think she tends to run late because of this and appointments can take a longer time than the patient scheduled. I am willing to trade a little of my time waiting longer in return for this thoroughness. I did get a little worried while the COVID-19 lockdowns were on and the practise wouldn't assist anyone with any symptoms. I don't think that is quite right. The COVID-19 vaccination clinic was variable: the second time around, the receptionist was very rude and did not ask me to stay 10 minutes after the shot. (However, the doctors were good). Also, some of the regular practise receptionists are rude and unhelpful. I thought excellent customer service was the most important thing for them to have as they are the face of the organization. They should be given training in customer service or else given 'the boot'.

I rang health at Campbelltown to see about emergency dental treatment.to be informed I cannot enter the clinic unless I am fully vaccinated from covid19. I told the receptionist this is discrimination you wil be hearing from my lawyer.she replied clinic policy and I told her you are meant to be a medical practitioner clinic to help people
in medical assistance. I also told the receptionist I do not trust this vaccine it comes from a untrustworthy pharmaceutical companies namely pfizer they do not have a very good safety record. I have since spoken with a legal practitioner. And this is what they call a professional healthcare.
The most disorganised covid vaccine clinic. Only one receptionist and she was not ready or organised when myself and 3 others with appointments arrived. I had the first appointment but we were not greeted or given paperwork to complete. Another client arri
ved and was served before all of us. I had to go outside in 39 degree heat heavily pregnant as by this point there was at least 15 people in a tiny room and no social distancing. There was no attempt to organise people to overcome this issue. The order of our appointments was not taken into consideration. Having completed paperwork online also made no difference. It was basically a random free for all. After finally wrangling someone to get seen I was rushed in did not even ask how far along with pregnancy I was. Nor was I instructed to wait for 15 mins incase of side effects. The overcrowding continued as I left with numbers up around 20 inside by this point.
