Haigh's Chocolates

Wanted to walk straight past this shop. But the willpower said otherwise. Really friendly and helpful staff oh and the chocolate, great range of delicious choices.

Great tasting chocolate have a large range very dear compared to Melba chocolate's and a few othes

Chocolate is nice, but the lady who works there I think she's Asian, she's rude to my child. Not friendly and no good for kid's.better go to other Chocolate shop.

Haigh's dark chocolate truffles are my kryptonite.sigh. They're absolutely scrumptious.love them.

Honestly, hands down the BEST chocolate you can get! Way better than Cadbury, Lindt or Nestle. Haigh's Chocolate is expensive but worth it, it's probably better than way so that it's more of a treat! Yum!

A lady served us (no one else around). She was impatient & abrupt. We spent almost $40 each on delicious chocolates. We go in once a month, plus we waited for a sample & were told they dont do that now. We will be wary on our next visit. It spoilt our lovely day out.

Haigh's is an icon. I love the chocolates and they are great for gifts too. Staff is fantastic and service is exceptional. I highlyrecommend visiting and picking up some chocolates from their huge variety on offer. It's a must.

Not cheap chocolate but the taste is worth the cost! Whenever I’m in the city I visit Haigh’s chocolates for a treat and I’ve also purchased gifts from here. I like to support this Adelaide business. I love the old historical building on the corner of Rundle mall. Having been to the Haigh’s factory on Grenfell st and watching the production of the chocolates being made makes it even more appealing. Last year I purchased Cardamon chocolate from Haigh’s to take with me to Finland for gifts and this year I plan to do the same.

Love Haigh's chocolate. Good quality, great taste and many options of fillings and any type of chocolate you like. Price is abit high but you won't be disappointed. Nice and friendly staffs. Great choc shop.

Wow the chocolate from this Adelaide shop is the best and their standard dark chocolate is absolutely define and so are the milk chocolate freckles that my little teddy bear had packed in his suitcase also another good buy from my new favourite shop oh and the staff are all friendly and helpful too even made sure my chocolates and teddy bear were packed well to survive the trip back home to Far North QLD thank you so much guys.

This place was packed but the line moves quickly and the chocolate is seriously one of the best. Love their freckles and peppermint buttons.

Went in to buy 3 gifts. Service by the gentleman was subpar. Shop wasnt busy but still wasnt offered to have the chocolates wrap and resistive to even giving me an extra bag. Realised had to get another gift. Sent in a friend as I didn't want to deal with him again. The lady offered to gift wrap this time. May increase review if chocolates are exceptional.

Good Chocolates but worst customer service. Not kids friendly at all. Lady said to my daughter who was just touching the box《 Carefull You going to break it》. Never go with kids. Worst place

The best chocolate (in my opinion). They always show excellent customer service. A little bit pricey but always good as a treat.

I just walked into this small store where there were four (!) people working, I was the only person there and none of them even looked up, stopped chatting or said hello! No wonder we all shop online.

A delight to visit. A place to buy something special for a special someone for that special day. I have tried a lot of chocolates in my life and Haigh's are up there with the best. All the staff are delightful and I find it such a pleasure to visit this store. It is located at the BeeHive corner. Another well known Adelaide landmark.
