Gyoza Gyoza reviews
55Delicious food and great drinks, friendly service large menu with great options. Sashimi and gyoza were amazing.
A very rude lady with glass served us, over charged us, refused to give receipt. Not even keen to serve that unacceptable.
Review for their soft serves coz haven’t tried their restaurant food yet. Love love love their Hojicha flavour but unfortunately only makes an appearance now and again, will it was more regular!
Possibly some of the best food i have ever had.the Tori No Karaage is unbelievable, best in the city I've tried. The Lamb short rib falls off the bone and melts in your mouth. And the Dumpling are amazing.you have to try this place.they could charge double, and it is worth your time and wallet.
Used to go here a lot before covid and loved it! But this is the first time since and the place has gone downhill badly from what it used to be. It was not busy at all, maybe 10 people in there and trying to get 1 of the 2 waitresses was hard and then once we ordered she forgot 2 items we ordered and the drinks took about 20min to get to us which then 1 of them was the wrong drink. Food portions have shrunk majorly but yet the prices have gone up dramatically. My reason for 2 stars is that the food still tasted alright.
Its very disappointing that such a great Japanese restaurant has dropped in standards. Probably won't be going back here at all.
Great food, nice atmosphere and not expensive at all. I definitely recommemd this place for a meal
Solid food with cheesy chicken karaage and matcha beer a highlight. Staff struggling to keep up on a busy periods. Decent atmosphere for a catch-up and recharge.
This is our favourite drop in restaurant in Adelaide by far, never needed a booking. We would visit at least 6 times a year. Food is always fresh and tasty. It has a great traditional Japanese feel about the place and the staff are some of the friendliest people you will meet. After visiting Japan 2 years ago we have longed for food to have that traditional feel as we got there. Gyoza Gyoza takes us back to Japan every time we visit. If you love Japanese food that is quick traditional and at a very good price, make sure you call in to see these guys on Gouger st.
Great food, but severe understaffing leads to long waits for order, drinks and food. If you've got the time, definitely worth it.
It was ok, only 2 staff on so service was really slow. Got a bit painful waiting but the food was ok and we had fun. Wouldn't go back though.
Got a delivery here. Food was great but overpriced & my own request ignored (didn't ask for an extra food but no sauce, but they still added the sauce)
It would be better if I dine and have some drinks here with a group of four people up. Unfortunately I don't have friends lol.
Average food. I guess they sell the ambience more.
Great vegetarian options, the best vegetarian gyoza I've had in Adelaide. It has a great atmosphere.
Highly over-rated! Food over-priced & underwhelming. Music too loud, poor lighting, average service & we were served warm tap water with no ice. As well as this they use plastic straws
Best Takoyaki since coming back from Japan. Karage cheesy chicken was delicious but just a little dry. Okonomaki was flavoursome and could definitely do two! Plum wine was delightful with a surprising olive in it. Affordable prices and good wait staff.
It was good. Very reasonably priced. I liked the chicken and lemongrass gyoza and the spicy miso. Salad and chicken skewers were ok. There didn't seem to be a lot of staff around but those that were there were quick and efficient.
Have been there a couple times in the past 2 year and loved it, went again today but the quality and portion of food have dropped a lot with a steep raise in pricing. Theres a change of menu but the food that we got is definitely not worth the price that we've paid.
Great place for the indecisive. Ordering several smaller dishes is perfect to try a variety of foods. Deserts are nice and authentic.
Well priced and delicious morsel based treats right in the heart of the City. Ponzu butter mushrooms are a must
Those who rated 5 stars and said fantastic food are so pathetic to me. This place does not even know how to cook gyoza right and their gyoza fillings are even below supermarket frozen food level. I don't understand why a place serving tapas size frozen food would be so highly rated.
