I am writing here about my recent food experience with you though it happened 4-5 times earlier as well. Issue is that sometimes they don't have beans, chicken, fish etc. I get my meal without that which is not nice. I am a regular customer of yours. If I am paying for the whole meal then I should get everything which is included in it and not the incomplete one. Totally disappointed!

Very very long wait every time, no team work within them always priority given to the drive thru.
The staff doesn't know what they are doing,
Made me wait for 25 min.
Not once but it's like everytime you go their you have a to wait.
Ordered a bowl got a burrito after 25 min wait,
Ordered spicy but nothing added.
It was over loaded with cheese.
The worst burrito I had and very bad service.

The Burrito bowl I just ordered through Uber Eats was messed up. One bowl was fine but the spicy chicken burrito bowl was messed up and they didnt even added the salad on it. Really frustrated and as seen in the photo, the order preparation was really bad. This is not what I expected from a reliable restaurant chain for which I am a long term customer.

Very very bad service. If u order online or instore, both will take too much time and once you will get order then you will feel totally different taste compare to other GYG branch. Very slow customer service always you need to wait too long in front of desk but none of the guy will come to serve you and ask you about your order details and all.never go this particular store bcz u will never feel real taste and service of GYG food.

Shame. Used to be a nice place. Has been getting hit and miss… just got served ice cold chips. Rice bowl was missing all the toppings and also ice cold…
Never again from this place.

And the follow up… we are now sick with food poisoning… lucky already in the hospital with sick kid.

Update* just went back to get a mild bowl. I showed them the meal (it included quac and sour cream). Finally got a mild, got home… no sour cream and quac. It’s really not that hard. Poor form.

Have ordered now twice a mild chicken and both times they’ve come back with the spice on them.
I even asked them just now if they could make sure it’s a mild chicken bowl and the guy at the window said yes he checked and when I got home… it was spicy.
Tried calling 8 times and no one picked up. Again. So disappointed.

We waited nearly minutes in the drive through. The chips were nice enough but very stingy in size for the price. No napkins provided. Our family of 4 bought 12 tacos and not 1 napkin. Messy. For $46 you'd expect a bit better

I’ve been to this store multiple times and i’ve had no complaints until today.i ordered a burrito with extras for pickup.had to wait an another 20 minutes for my food when i got to the store, only for my burrito to be missing the toppings i paid extra for.fries were severely under-seasoned too.disappointing.

Show me a better Mexican food joint than this! Their Veggie Burrito Bowl is comfort food for me, the bestestest!

I would give zero stars if it was possible. 1 person ahead of me in the queue, ordering one burrito. I arrived on time to pick up my order I'd placed online and got my food 22 minutes later - after it sat on the bench for 22 minutes. Get your s#%t together GYG! STOP PRIORITISING UBER EATS AND SERVE YOUR DRIVETHROUGH! I could defrost meat and cook burritos at home in the time it took them to make the single burrito for the person in the car ahead of me. FAST FOOD. I think not. Bloody delicious usually. Not after 20minutes in the bench. Refused any reimbursement and sent on my way. The worst service I've ever come across. Not an isolated experience. 15minutes last time and there was no one ahead of me. Worst GYG ever.

Convenient corner location, drive through or dine in available. Connects with the OTR petrol station.
Limited car parking spaces (4bays).
Service is ok, and they are Mexicans too.
Food is good, offers mini sizes and kids meal too.
2 Rest rooms are unisex with one abundant access.

Comments on reviews that you can contact support like they are actually care about customer satisfaction, but their customer support just ignores you. Chips and nachos were cold and soggy, and the burrito doesnt come as advertised on the menu. No pico de gallo or any kind of salsa. Just a huge chunk of meat and rice. Not sure if this can even be considered a burrito. Terrible.

Poor service. Waited 10 mins yet no one bothered to take my order. No communication nor did they even acknowledge that I was waiting.

Meh. This chips were delicious. But considering that is the thing I remember about the restaurant. It goes without saying there is definitely room for improvement.

Very bad experience.refused me veggie tacos and burritos just because they have to prep again.it was just 8 40 and they close at 10 o clock so bad.even they still have to serve coustomers how can they do that

I wish there was negative option for the reviews. Unfriendly behaviour and just refuse our order as they have to prep the veggies. Worst customer service. Ever.

Tried their $3 basic tacos, and it was quite tasty. The taco shells were thicker than normal, so gave that extra crunch. The taco shells are also seasoned. The tacos aren't large but few of them would hit the spot

Delicious! Had the grilled chicken burrito, recommend. A bit weird the menu doesn't really explain what's in each item. Other than that pretty good

So I ordered the mini nacho fries through menulog as the time I gotten my food it was fresh and delicious as I had Guzman y Gomez before so I didn't know what to expect.

As the for the mini nacho fries I thought it would been a tiny size contain with food but I surprise the mini size was a decent size for me to eat, as it was so filling I can't eat a thing now lol.

Will be back and order another in the near future. The chicken so juicy and the chips were delicious too, the toppings were on spot when I asked for a few things out from my order.

Even my cat enjoyed some of the chicken too

No Value for money. I have been to many Guzman Y Gomez in SA and Queensland. But this location is worst. Very little food as compared to other stores. Chicken burrito bowl was almost empty.

Staff needs proper training.
