We often order the queso fries here and have a very good experience every time, the staff is always friendly and the service is good as well. Must try!

The food is always late no matter what. And two of the Indian staff too much attitude and lack of customer service. I don’t get this that we normally order from app why should it take ages for order? And there is no sorry afterwards!
Only plus point is I love Guzman I can’t stop my self to buying. But unsure if this is the only branch has bad staff and always late with orders.

Used to be one of the best GYG in Adelaide but now the food has declined in quantity, quality and is just slopped together. Service has also dropped off and is so slow.considering the food is just thrown you would think it would be faster but it ain’t!

The food is very nice and tastes great. Pretty expensive but reasonable quality. However on multiple occasions I have had orders with missing items which is very frustrating.

Ordered, picked up Burrito bowl, mild, tastes cold is spicy, no lettuce or tomato.

Very disappointed! Guzman Y Gomez saying- “Its all about spices”. No spice in my fries. Not even salt. Had to use my own home seasoning. If you’re going to charge me for public holiday surcharge which i paid 15% surcharge. You need to do your job properly. Staff was lazy.

Other places do better than the store here. So sad you lost another customer.

Incompetent staff and/or they aren't being trained properly. Never had one proper bowl. Either they would forget to put beans in or sauce or chips!

Still waiting for one PROPERLY made meal.

Orderd a burrito bowl not lettuce tomato onion sour cream nothing but mince rice and crusty cheese. Avoid this place. It was cold just terrible

This was disgusting. I am revolted. I had a burrito from this Greenacres restaurant, and I feel physically ill. I had great expectations as I heard. It was better than zambies, restaurants. I feel physically disgusted and ill. Never ever going back here again, ever so I suggest if you want to keep your restaurant in business do a better freaking job.

The Greenacres Guzman y Gomez is by far the worst in South Australia.

I'm not sure what is worse. The Inconsistent quality of the burritos, or one of the staff members, who continually provides some of the worst customer service I've ever seen, including holding up a drive through by talking to her friends in the car Infront for over 5 minutes.

My regular Burrito was tasty but they were stingy with the portions sauces aren’t included and you have to pay extra and took too long. I had to eat more food when I got home. Honestly, I’d rather have Zambrero (although bland sometimes) at least sauce is included and they’re a bit more generous with their portions. And not I don’t want to write an email to provide more information, but thanks.

Not enough staff or too slow. Took 20 minutes for 4 cars to get through the drive through. We made sure to order through the app as well for efficiency, but clearly made no difference.

Then when finally got it, it was cold. Then why were we waiting at the window for 5 minutes?

My friend jeannie said it’s alright.it made her think of salsas which she said their loaded chips rock her world.

It's like the burger king of Mexican food. I am guessing this is as close to real Mexican food as pizza hut is to Italian food.

I have been in many Guzman y Gomez around Australia and definitely this is the only guzman who serves such a small portion. Im disappointed its always the same

Needs a new drive thru speaker. I can hardly hear anything being said and I think that’s the cause of so many wrong orders. They misheard and charged me for something else to which the manager (?) had to be brought out who was unprofessional and rude, even shook his head at me. Also RIDICULOUSLY long wait times and seemingly inexperienced, clueless staff. Once had to wait 15-20 minutes behind a car who decided he wanted to order A LOT of extra food at the pay window. I always ask and pay for extras but get next to none of it instead.

I just had a drive through order for Mild Barramundi Salad bowl with Extra fish. They said ok, then during the payment they said they don't have any extra fish, I said alright. Then I paid and took the meal, opened up the box at home, with a complete surprise because they gave me a wrong product which is a powerbowl with mouth burning spicy chicken that I just can't eat. I am calling the store but nobody is picking up the call. Can't be bothered to visit this store ever.

Smells amazing from outside while it's cooking. Lovely grilled smell. A little too heavy on the rice, too salty, very little salsa and lacked a fresh taste compared to the one in cbd. Had the chicken and minced beef flavour. Chicken was better than beef. After eating, it made my lips and skin feel really itchy.

Food has gone downhill over the past year. Tonight's meal was so bad (2 burritos) that my 2 teens just couldn't eat them. The quesadilla was only half (you get a full one for the same price at Salsa). No beans. The veg burrito also didn't have beans. So tasteless. You guys have lost a regular customer. It is worth driving an extra 10 minutes to Salsa at Tea Tree Plaza to get great food.
