What an amazing Mexican experience, I thoroughly enjoyed the Mexican food, as well as the amazing customer service! Highly recommend!

Really nice place. Wait time to get served was a little long considering we were the only people in line and they could us standing there. The food was delicious and served fresh which I love. The burrito was fantastic, I had dreams about it that night and have been craving it since.

I really wanted to love it, as I love Mexican food, but sadly I’d didn’t get great food, or great service.

The lady who served me spoke so fast I couldn’t understand a word she was saying.
I asked what sauces I could choose from and she listed them so quick I had no idea what she said.

I chose a burrito off the menu, had no idea I had to ask for Spanish onion, coriander etc to be added, and I wasn’t told.

So I ended up with a very bland burrito.

At the time there was no one else waiting to order so there was no need for her to rush me so much.

Toilets are not clean. The upper floor saloon is not clean, no tissue. The food is average, staff are friendly.

A no frills eatery with pleasant service. Great peasant food and the cheapest Coronas outside of Mexico. Would highly recommend if you like Mexican food.

Paid over $16 for the mini chicken meal that was advertised as $10, paid extra for lettuce and sour cream but could hardly even see or taste any in the burrito that should include it without extra charge. Not to mention the rice that tasted hard and undercooked.

Good food. But charging 15% extra.on ANZAC day.to members in uniform seems in poor taste to me.

I love the food here, their chips are the best. Not sure what the name is but they have a chili dip and its awesome for dunking chips.

Nice view from the balcony. I found ground floor extremely loud and first floor too cold. Balcony was perfect. Oh and food was ok.

The staff member who served me spoke so little English sje couldn't understand me when i asked what topping came with the nachos ended up with beans on it that i hate wouldnt of orderd it like that is sje was able to tell me

Was toooo slow, ordered some nachos and waited 20 mins, turns out it got mixed up with some other order, if i didnt ask woulda waited for an hour

Beautiful tasting meat range. Needs a saucy salsa to compliment the burritos etc.would make it perfect imho (in my humble opinion).

Service was pretty slow and food not up to standard of other GyG. Been here a couple of times hoping it will improve but it hasn't.

You can't go wrong with Guzman Gomez, regular nachos with spicy grilled chicken and fried chicken and how can you forget Corona for 5$ super bargain! Healthy and deliciously mouth watering

Nice place. Has a balcony on top with a lovely street view where you can enjoy the homely meals. Very reasonably priced and quantity too is substantial.

The bowl meal was delicious, but I used my app to order and what a mess. 7 people order in store while I was waiting and got served in front of me. I had to ask twice what was going on with my food. The lady did apologise and gave me a voucher go a free burrito, which was very nice of her, but I asked her is she definitely put cutlery in and she said yes. We sat in the park, 10min walk away and NO BLOODY CUTLERY! We had to put our food away while our friends ate go and buy some!
It wasn’t busy so no real excuse for the poor performance

Other people might like it but I personally didn't. For days I had been craving some soft shell tacos, I almost ordered from here last night on Uber eats but they closed, so today after work I finally paid them a visit and was excited to eat. I ordered a few and I felt nothing but severe disappointed. There hardly was any meat in it, and even the salsa was low. I can understand cheaping out on meat but even salsa? I felt like I was eating mostly lettuce.

I love the food, the only thing that I was not happy with is they use too much paper box and rubbish for each meal.
It would be great if they do not wast that much paper.

I loved the upstairs outdoor seating and getting the awesome view of Rundle mall. To go place to grab something quick and fresh

This is hands down the worst GYG I’ve been too. The burrito bowls that are supposed to come with nacho chips but actually come with nacho crumbs. This is like my 3rd time now, I wanted to give it a chance as I’m a huge fan of the chain, but the fries are always half empty. You pay for extras like some salad on your burrito on bowl and receive like one, if your lucky two tiny pieces of salad! It’s a joke
