I don’t normally leave reviews, but I want to share my feedback. In order chicken burrito bowl and decided to make it into a meal. I ordered online for convenience reasons. I was advised via the app that my order was ready. I advised a staff member, who stated it wasn’t ready yet. I waited nearly 10 more minutes before that moment worked out my order was ready and was sitting on the counter. The chips were limp and barely warm. I threw them out. The burrito bowl was okay, not great. Didn’t taste fresh. Chicken was dry and some pieces burnt. Not the greatest meal, and certainly haven’t had issues at this restaurant before, so maybe a one off.

Wait time here is ridiculous close to 30 minutes only to get given cold chips and incorrect burrito. Not able to go back as I was on a lunch break

I oderd a veg nachos literally I found a piece of chicken in it really really disappointed

Nacho fries is my go-to thing when I can't cook anything myself. Hats off to Mohit and some other reps who are always in pleasant mood to serve people.

What a nice gesture by staff, definitely needs a pay rise for himher. Personally I would give him/her ️️️️️ (Best Mexican food and staff is so polite and professional in customer service, always go above and beyond)

We ordered food last week Thursday online nd within few minutes received the message that it’s ready to pick but when we reach the restaurant we’re told that chicken is finished so they could not make our order nd we were told to process for refund online which is not refunded till now nd now no one is answering the call as their number never goes through.
I think I need to lodge a complaint somewhere else legally now.

I ordered nachos and tacos, where are my nachos?
Maybe zombreros won't rip me off?

I just got another $3 taco & they used t be the best ever but now it looks like no much in there at all.

Nicest staff ever! They're always so lovely and welcoming, I always feel good going there. The food is so good as well, I always get mild nacho fries with grillee chicken, and it is to die for. Today my friend ditched me in the city + my phone was on 9% and I needed cheering up so so went, and the beautiful server even let me charge my phone enough for me to get home and came to hand me my food personally. I didn't quite catch her name, something that sounds similar to Elmira? It made my day that she was so kind. The staff are always as a whole so lively and accommodating as well

Was so looking forward to having a great meal with my daughter only to be left disappointed. Firstly, if the staff cannot hear an order over the music level, consider turning the volume down. This most certainly causes errors in order placements. Unfortunately this isn't the first time at this store. Due to this issue, two part orders were provided. Don't get me wrong, the order came out as one but half of the food was cold. The serve of chips were cooked at two separate times, so my order was cold and my daughters were hot. Should I have gone back, Yes - but in order to rectify the food order, we were ignored and waited 5 minutes, so did I want to wait around again - NO.
Was this also value for money, NO. After paying just under $30 for our meals, came home to reheat, unable to enjoy as the freshness was lost, therefore giving it to my pet to eat.

Would have been better of purchasing the $3 Taco, and saved my money.
Won't be returning in a hurry, which is a shame. My dinner ended up being a yoghurt, hmm, enjoyable and at a lesser price.

Cannot recommend this store as this was not a once only incident.

An added comment, promotions that cannot be fulfilled due to shortage on stock etc aught to be noted on board as "out of stock or no longer available". I'm sure the staff are aware when a promotion cannot fulfill its requirements, no good telling the customer after spending more than the required amount you no longer can redeem the promo item. It's not difficult to place a sign over the failed promo.

Can get a bit busy on weekwnds and Friday afternoon. Be prepared to wait a bit longer than usual.

The burritos are good but nothing special.
I had to pay an extra of 0,50c just to ad some salad.

Thanks for the wonderful 1st time experience. The lady on the counter was really helpful with the suggestion for my picky eater habits. The coffee was amazing. Customer service was top notch. You guys made sure I left the restaurant with smile under my maskthanks again guys will see u soon and more often

Love Guzman y Gomez! The tacos are to die for and the burrito bowls are perfect. I wish I had one closer to home.

It was fine, good service. But the tables and chairs were dirty and there was food stuck to them. That means the staff only barely wipe the surface, if at all.

A very good place for someone who has a few drinks and a craving some quick, cheap and pretty tasty food.tha place has messed my order a couple of times but as soon as i told them they quickly fixed them.

Chicken was grissley and not edible, and not enough chicken. Ordered and paid 50c for sour cream and guess what didn't get any. Won't be back.

Amazing store, I love coming here for burritos and burrito bowels. Much better then zambreros.

However, this store has an entrance to the 'backrooms' in it. Read very carefully about what that means before attempting to enter them.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Love the food, love the atmosphere and they have awesome staff! #1 place for burrito's

I love the variety and flavours at guzman y gomez, but I’ve been a bit disappointed the last couple of times here. The last two times, the brown rice was undercooked and a bit hard. I could barely taste the spicy sauce and chimi mayo. The burrito barely had any flavour. Hope this improves as I love the vegetarian options, its just not as tasty as before.
