I was lucky to receive exceptional and very thorough care this afternoon after securing a last minute appointment. Follow up booked in.
Everything could be done at the one place, and the pharmacy was still open.
Excellent staff at front desk and throughout.

After a lengthy search we finally found a Doctor who listens and is open to discussion and doesn't get his prescription pad out as soon as we walk in. We don't have to wait too long for an appointment either. Doctor's rooms and waiting areas always clean and tidy.

On attending the clinic today I was told the doctor would be around 40 mins late, I was already 10 mins early, but I sat and waited as per normal, that’s understandable and I was ok to wait. I had booked a double appointment as I had a lot to discuss. The doctor spent more time worrying that we couldn’t cover what I needed to discuss in one appointment than she did actually listening to what I wanted to talk about. When I left I wasn’t able to re book the same doctor because she was taking some leave for next few months and the only other female doctor wasn’t taking new patients. After being to this clinic many times, I was really disappointed in how I was treated today.

I've always received the highest quality of care at the Summit Health GP care for both my daughter and myself. Wonderful, friendly staff. Excellent compassionate doctors with a large variety of specialities.

Busy place. Good friendly staff. Well presented clinic. Pharmacy on-site is handy. Downside is its hard to get an appointment as they are super busy and will only get busier as Mount Barker keeps growing

Booking phone appt was easy. Dr rang early which was absolutely fine. He was very nice, answered my questions, & was then sending my prescription through to National Pharmacies in Mt Barker. Was a seamless procedure. Very happy

I saw Dr. Cassie Gibbs yesterday and she was fantastic! I found her to be completely thorough and she explained my situation in a very professional and friendly manner, there was also follow up the next day. I would highly recommend Cassie as your GP.

From the moment we entered the medical facility the service was excellent. The receptionists very polite professional and responded to all enquiries positively. Thank you all for making us feel welcome on our first visit.
The moment we meet with Dr Jack Fuller he was so interested in what we where there for and asked the questions he needed to know to help my son. He showed a genuine care f and he listened and heard what he had to say. I can honestly say it was great experience, and we are very happy and confident he will sort out my sons requirements.
