Efficient and caring practice. Dr Mills is my local GP and is nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend Dr's and the practice as a whole.

The reception girls were so accommodating with my very sick little family of 5. Happy to see us all together, in the clinic. Doctor Akram was really thorough with all of us, and didn’t rush, even though there was so many of us. Explained everything carefully and was very understanding

I feel very loyal to GP care, we’ve had some really lovely doctors over the last 5 years, Dr Jack, Dr Juthi and now Dr Lloyd, having a good doctor is really important when you have a young family. And reception staff have always been super helpful and accommodating, we also love Nurse Sally!

Doctor was clear explaining everything in everyday language. Super friendly and the front desk staff were extra helpful. Will definitely go again:)

Having recently relocated from interstate with a complicated medical history, my first visit to GPcare was exceptional. From the initial greeting at front desk, lovely waiting area, attentive Doctor and the no fuss profession approach from reception staff. This will definitely be my regular clinic now.

Apart from a few doctors keeping you waiting I have no complaints about the practice. The receptionists are amazingly helpful

It is some time since I wrote this review but I can only reiterate my review. My original doctor has since retired so the new lad and I get along fine. (I think). The staff as usual are always professional, polite and efficient.

I have always found the clinic staff helpful and friendly and Dr Rao is empathetic, takes time and has a wealth of knowledge and clinical expertise.

Wait times are always long.
Dr Dan was lovely, explains things thoroughly and was very caring.

There are a lot of issues currently with GP care Mt Barker. When you ring, it takes minutes to get through due to the long pre recorded message prior to getting through to reception. When you check in, the reception staff ask so many personal questions about your date of birth, address, even if you have just been in a week prior.
I rang the surgery as I was running 5 mins late. I asked if the Dr was running to time which they said yes. When we arrived and checked in, we waited 50 minutes until we were finally seen. We were told my daughters sore throat was simply at day one and to come back if it gets worse. Which is simply more time and money for us as a family. Then to top off the experience, my daughter was given a sick certificate with another males details on it. When I rang the surgery back to let them know, they took my email and said they would email through the correct sick certificate. I am yet to receive this email.
I am sick of the kind of service I receive at GP Care. It is simply not good enough.

Consultation was only to get a script renewed and I got that done easily. I did however find it difficult to fully understand the doctor due to his heavy accent.

Prompt response. Appointment made day of request and reception staff courteous and competent. The doctor was sympathetic and I felt comfortable with his advice and treatment

I was anxious for my family to get a flu shot. GPCare were extremely helpful in getting us all vaccinated.

From start to finish the service was Professional, polite and kind. The facility is spacious and clean. There is ample parking.
Faultless. 5 stars, no argument
