My Grandfather (86, with health problems) had an appointment with a physio here and the physio made him wait for over half an hour past his appointment time just to stand around and chat. My grandfather understandably got upset and ended up leaving because he was being completely ignored.

The manager then called my grandmother (a long time customer at this gym) and said my grandfather wasn't welcome back because he was "rude" for leaving, despite their staff being in the wrong.

The staff and management have mistreated and bullied my grandparents simply for wanting to be treated fairly at a gym that they pay for. Shame on them!

Just Joined GoodLife. Had a wonderful guy who joined me up named Zachary. Couldn't beat the price. Great price! Classes too. A bit of everything at Burnside GoodLife. Happy workout everyone

Very little care taken with social distancing or cleaning and putting away equipment. Three or four stationary bikes have had OUT OF ORDER SIGN on them for at least two weeks!

This club is always busy and overcrowded.

Additionally, if you change mind in the middle of the one year term, there is no way to get out unless you pay the balance for the whole year.

Absolutely terrible customer service and facilities, they never follow up enquires and sign you up to contracts you did not agree to, 100% would not recommend to anyone!

Came for a shower after a lofty walk great facilities even straightened my hair so i could fo shopping before making a trek home

Nothing but good to say regarding the place and the staff, specially boyd and alana, I hope I got your names right guys but you guys were courteous and attentive and sorted out my membership issues promptly and facilitated the perfect environment for a good workout

Love the classes. The people at reception are friendly. Staff and trainers are nice. Lots of machines. Not enough parking. Not enough help using the machines in the weights section. No pool or sauna. Place could do with louder workout music.

Good variety of exercise programs to suit anyone. Great equipment and facilities. Cn be very busy time peak times Nd parking cn be tricky.

Facilities are good, staff are a little young and immature in a sense, seems to be a little condescending when you sign in, but has everything you want, not as modern as you'd expect and parking a massive pain there so be wary.

Smaller than the other good life gyms but equipment is ok and well maintained. Could do with a few more things such as a lying leg curl machine. Staff are friendly and helpful.
