Staff are lovely, facilities are clean sadly the cardio equipment is showing its age, but that is to be expected.

Service is very good. In my first day I never felt strange. Everyone helped to me. Group classes are very good. Honestly This is the great place.

Open 24/7 and does what a gym needs to do and does it simply. Free parking and easy access. No pools or saunas to pay for if you don’t need it.

They have great group class instructors a great range of class. Good gym equipment, friendly staff - completely recommend Goodlife

I found the staff unhelpful, I had most unpleasant experience at this club.
The place has a bad vibe….
I would not recommend joining Goodlife Health Club especially Burnside to anyone.

This place has something other bigger gyms lack: a great community feel. New members can quickly make new friends. The unique setup at Burnside helps make it a more personal experience. I've met famous people such as Stiffler!

I would recommend Burnside good life to any person looking for good workout, friendly staff, meeting new friends and generally any one who is looking to feel, good look great, without any medication or any other intervention. Why don't you just give them ring, talk to staff and give it a go. Catch up with you in the gym.

Great all round gym and super friendly staff. Its a busy, vibrant one, but open 24/7 & delivers its promise. The group fitness classes are the best, so get there early they fill up fast! I've been a member for several years and I'll just keep renewing, it's everything you need from a Gym. Happy customer!

Goodlife doesn’t care or respect its members at all.

It has been well over a week now that despite paying a premium for 24/7 access to get to the gym before work, it’s again not available which is becoming a common occurrence.

There’s no urgency to fix the issue but you could be guaranteed that if the issue was impacting their ability to collect membership payments, it would have been fixed within hours of the issue being identified.

Goodlife also does minimal to engage with members. A few years ago they’d offer things like free product samples etc, but this has completely stopped.

It’s also interesting how they tell everyone to be COVID safe and clean your equipment, however there’s rarely disinfectant spray or wipes available to do so.

Goodlife is making its competitors look more appealing by the day, so seriously consider other gyms before them. Very disappointing!

Recently cancelled my membership after many years. Gym turned to cr@p, cleanliness standards dropped, rarely any sanitising wipes available, gym equipment mostly worn out or out of order. Staff were arrogant and rude when asked when equipment would get fixed.

I have been a member at the Burnside Goodlife for the past 12 years, but I couldn't utilize the services as much as I wanted as I was working full time. Now that I am retired, I do go more often and love the Stenght for Life program and the Yoga class on Tuesdays. I like the friendly and helpful staff and the ambiance of the place. From now on Goodlife Burnside will be my second home!

Fantastic and friendly staff who always offer to help with any issues that may arise.gym floor is well kept and always clean.great spin cycle class available for cross training if needed.

Goodlife has inadequate lighting in the car park for people who are looking at training outside of regular hours. Want to charge $250 fee to cancel because I signed a contract and should have been aware of this. So my two options have been given to me as pay the $250 fee or potentially get attacked in the car park because of poor safety

The group fitness classes here are fantastic! There is a great selection and the instructors are excellent. I have recently returned from Sydney and couldn’t find anything comparable. Although the gym is small, it is friendly and personal with highly trained staff.this is what makes it special!

Great freestyle step classes at Burnside. Staff are extremely helpful, and very customer oriented. Impressive crowd.

I have trained at Goodlife Burnside for 12 years, in this time I have developed friendships with the friendly staff and patrons who visit the facility. This gym has a great community atmosphere that has been built by the staff & fitness professional's & the members.

The sales team are dishonest and will twist their words to sign you up for contracts which you didn’t agree. I would not recommend this place.

To be honest, considering it's in a wealthy area, this location is tiny and not very special! There's not much space to workout in, in comparison to other goodlifes I've been to (cbd and Noarlunga). The group fitness area is nice, but you're very hard pressed to find a space to workout in during peak hour.let alone a small area to stretch in after a class. I guess my expectations were a little high

My wife been to the club for longer than 2 years. Received an email regards to outstanding invoice. ($13.95 weekly membership + $10 penalty). However, there was enough money in the account, which did not go through.
Hence, now I am obliged to pay for their transaction error. This is how Good life making extra $10 from loyal customer who never missed a payment! I will not recommend this Burnside good life to anyone!
