Really friendly staff and fantastic group fitness instructors. And the functional fitness area is great.

As far as Gyms go. This one is AWESOME. Spanning 3 levels of awesomeness including spin room and group rooms, free weights not to mention a steam room and sauna.
They even have a creche' so no excuses anymore: P
