Terrible service from Mitchell, he agreed on 2 weeks hold prior to signing up for a 12 month contract (since on holidays) but never happened or followed up. Had to keep calling them for months before I got my credit.

Fantastic gym with a great atmosphere and wonderful, friendly and informative staff and instructors.

Great gym
Easy to get a park attached to shopping center. Communal sauna so I can chat with the wife whilst in there. Access to tv on the treadmill so I can walk and watch footy.:)

DO NOT TRUST THEM. Check your bank account as they like to overcharge you with no reason. I think it is in their policy to.customers and not limited to this branch. Be careful dealing with them

The Dernacourt gymn is a place where I enjoy recharging myself physically and mentally. Staff are very professional, friendly and very welcoming. The receptionist lady always extends a wonderful smile and a wonderful greeting when seeing us. The environment is wonderful, the equipment are spotless. Also, it is only a 5-10 min drive from my home and very convenient.

Lots of equipment available but variety can be limited if gym busy. PT program available. Class schedule available. Sauna is my favourite part of going to the gym, never too full to use. Steam room and showers onsite too. I'm happy here and recommend a membership.

The worst gym you could possibly join. Disgustingly filthy wet rooms with razors on the floors and broken soap pumps and mould everywhere!
No cleaning ever observed day. Broken equipment and unhelpful staff who talk amongst themselves and make you feel awkward walking in and out. Basically bad customers service all round. The money isn't worth spending here go elsewhere!

Think carefully before joining! Very rude and Not professional staff, not very nice at all at the front desk when u ask about something, same was over the phone they talk all over u while u talking to them! Would never consider them ever again! Can’t get any correct information but mix information at all times! Not happy at all! What a waste of money! Not recommended when I rang to cancel my membership they started going in circles for over a week I was calling in daily basis to get it canceled but was another horrible experience got told I have to wait for the manager who is sick and they don’t know when she is back, no one else can give the approval! I have memeber with this gym and my regualr payment is $22.39 weekly. As I'm essential worker, I was in suspension period. According to my contract, it's free. However, due to COVID, I need to cancel my memberhsip and I notified my cancellation of memebrship on 6/1/2022. Thie manager (Ashlee) let me know my suspension was stopped and 2 weeks notification period started. On 7/1/2022, I got email that I have overdue amount ($15.99). But, they never explained what it is.
On 12/1/2022, they took my money $38.38. Then, they took $22.39 on 17/1/2022. I sent email to them and asked what $15.99 is and why they charged. But, they never responded.
It has 2 week notiifcation. So, they should charge $22.39 twice. But, they charged $15.99 more with no explanation.
I'm feeling they stole my money. I sent several emails but no response.
I think I need to contact my bank as UNAUTHORISED transaction.
It's really dodgy service and customer service.

The receptionists are so unprofessional I had been advised something different my account has been charged over and over again. Please get written advice whatever you had been suggested and now they denied for refund

Used to be so mouldy and dirty I was considering cancelling my membership, but they recently got rid of that useless ¢unt of a cleaner and hired someone new.

The positive is the weight training part of thr gym is outstanding its got everything you need. The negative is if you want to do your cardio training the exercise bikes are below par. They are old, and not in the best condition.

Been training here for many years, even though i live 2 minutes away from derrimuts and they are cheaper, i love the facilities if goody dernancourt! Highly professional team who make you feel welcome! Well done guys!

Many machines faulty, don't work, need mending. Men's changeroom lockers often broken, unable to be used. Scam with membership fees.

Every aspect of this place is great and the people are extremely friendly, overall a great atmosphere

Love this gym. It doesn’t have the most updated equipment, but everything you need is there. The community vibe at times is great. Some great friendly staff too.

Extremely crowded and unfortunately! The management has significantly reduced their attention towards equipment maintenance.

Don't buy the 30 day trial. They changed me to a 7 day trial with a reduced membership. I clearly told the representative I wanted the 30 days but she didn't listen to my request. Just lost 3 weeks but can't be bothered fighting it.
