Great gym, super friendly staff. I was a member for 4 years when i lived in Adelaide and when I visit family, i always go back. I love the classes.

Nice gym. Plenty of equipment however some of those needs good fixing Some of the equipment does not function well. Needs good sound system besides 8/10 overall. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. Trainer are experienced. Nice and clean gym.

There is little or no social distancing, even in the light of the new strain of the Corona Virus. Have rarely seen any of the members either put their equipment away, much the less wipe equipment down. Staff usually too busy chatting behind counter to take any heed. Out of all the Goodlife Gyms I attend, this is by far the worse.too bad it's the closest one to where I live.

Decided to cancel my membership because I’ve recently moved and the Goodlife near the new place is no where near as well equipped, big or new as this club. Called the gym to cancel and was told over the phone that I need to do this in person, when I came in I told the person scanning people into the club I’d like to speak to someone about my membership (so obviously I’ve already got one) and was directed to someone else who asked if I wanted to join - I said no actually I’m here to cancel. ‘CANCEL? ! I don’t do that mate’ he screamed at the top his lungs - super embarrassing in front of other members and staff. Really awful way to end a customer service experience. Why pay one price per week to access to all Goodlife clubs when the difference between the quality of everything from machines, change rooms, toilets, equipment, parking is totally different between clubs?

Severe lack of weights. Way to many unused cardio machines. Should be replaced with weights machines. The aerobics classes keep stealing the weights and never returning them. Almost impossible to find the right weights. The poorest maintenance of all the goodlife gyms I've been too. Maybe it's because its surrounded by one of the richest suburbs the owners and staff and beyond complacent.

Bins often overflowing. Paper towel not replaced.

Just not good enough. I've been regularly to 3 other goodlifes Payneham. Dernancourt and adelaide. All heads and shoulders above cross roads.

I expected a better or atleast equal class of gym. Smallest weights area of any goodlife I've been. Ridiculously oversized cardio areas.

Great sauna and steam room tho. And great changerooms.

Seriously struggle to find a machine always have to modify my workout. Where there's 38 too many treadmills.

Out of date equipment. Bathroom facilities are very dirty.

Misleading upon sign up, state No sign up fee. Then add it into the contract.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for 17 years, never had such bad service, disgusting facilities and unethical practices. Best to avoid.

Bunch of hidden fees they charge me joining fee of 99 AUD without telling me.horrible customer service and really bad environment.in the afternoon its always been around more than 60 people in this gym and you must be wait or share equipment with others

As someone who works in customer service, this is not what it should look like. You are not told when the T&Cs are updated, phone calls, Facebook messages and emails often go unanswered for days, weeks at a time. When you finally get onto someone, even on messenger, they drop off and stop replying at random parts of the conversation and there is little to no communication between these platforms so they appear incredibly unorganised. I cannot wait for my membership to run out so I can go somewhere that actually values customer service.

My wife & I are foundation members of Goodlife Westbourne Park and have recently returned after a 6 month break. I was unsure of the return process but I was quickly reassured by Emma, the Customer Service Manager, over the phone, who walked me through the process with her friendliness and professionalism. She took her time to explain what our options were and welcomed us back personally when we returned the next day. I would like to commend her for making us so welcome and highly recommend this gym to anyone considering joining. Thanks once again Emma.

Goodlife Heakth Club, Westbornèpark is on the corner of Goodwood Rd + Cross Rd. Plenty of offstreet parking. This is a popular large gym withh plenty of equipment + amenities to test yourself + enjoy.

For a while now I had been going as a guest of my wife. Today I wasn’t allowed in as a guest. The girl at the counter said it was not continuing. We told the girl that we used the guest entry last week without problem and the week before that? Also another issue for me is I offered to join a few weeks ago if they matched my wife’s membership for me. Hmm um ahh.no

Have called twice over a period of a few weeks about my membership (which I have been a member for many years). They said i'm on a list with hundreds of other people on there and that they have no idea how long it will take to get to me (wow if you have that many people waiting to hear back, you have a serious problem!). The guy who answered the second time said he doesn't have time to keep talking to me and that its tough luck! I couldn't really believe that after being a member for so long that I would be fobbed off like that! Very disappointing! Surely in a time like this the club would really be trying to hold onto their long time members.

A worst gym, such a lier, they need our money, if you go there, don’t show you bank details and anything about money, such a greedy thing, staff are very bossy type only one staff I impressed Brayn or something sorry unfortunately I forgot the name, no aqequate utensils and nothing, a very worst gym in Adelaide,
The main thing is the lier, they Gide everything and keep a smile until when we signed in the contract, then after we can see the real greedy portion, I never ever referred this club for anyone anyomre

Been a member there for around 9 yrs, have called 3 times in the last 24 hours asking for a call back regarding a price increase they have sneakily changed without letting me know.all 3 times the managers are in meetings and i have been told i will get contacted straight back - still waiting for a call back.very disappointing having to contact any business 3 times with no return call.

Super friendly stuff, have been to other Goodlife gyms but no where else had such good customer service. All the girls at reception are super nice, always smiling and welcoming. Unfortunately, I can’t remember their names, only remembered Hannah, she is always very helpful!

The gym equipment not the best but pretty good, sometimes can be very busy during peak hours and not easy to find a parking. But overall, I enjoy going there. Highly recommend!

This Gym is rip off and overpriced, do not join them, the staff never tell you the real price untill the money been taken away from your bank account, so many hidden fees going on here ~~~~~~~~~~~

DONT USE THIS GYM. Find somewhere else! Their equipment is always out of service for weeks on end. Sauna nearly always out of action. Their contracts are like home mortgages with cancellation payments.

THIS PLACE DESERVES ZERO STARS! This gym is the WORSE gym I have ever gone to. The staff is annoying and does not care about the well-being of the members and all they want is your money. They already have exceeded the capacity of people within the gym but they push for more people to join. I have only gymed at Crossroads for a few months and I am sick and annoyed at the staff and the gym all together.

If you are thinking of joining a gym please at ALL COSTS avoid this gym.
