Goodlife Health Clubs 24/7 reviews
33I was member for years and came back to town to visit my family and wanted to purchase a one visit pass to use the gym but unfortunately they didn't let me and only offered a 2 day pass for $30 to be used 2 consecutive days! I wanted to visit for only one session and nothing was offered. Very disappointing to see how they treat their ex members! Poor customer service as usual
24h access backdoor need a very strong push to get in. But apart from that it's a very good gym!
Have a look guyz.their direct debit system would be deducting extra 10 Bucks once every month at least for allegedly unsuccessful direct debit, despite of clear funds availability.
Crowded and expensive. Poor customer service and followup when I cancelled after 7 day trial period. Their contracts have lots of sneaky rules so read carefully.
Transparency is not what this club is about! Try cancelling your membership. I was very disappointed with the level of communication from this organisation. Lots of hidden charges.beware!
Terrible gym! Very bad experience! No wifi!
They charge for every little single thing. I suspended my membership for 6 months (I moved out from Adelaide) and when I asked cancel they charged me R$24 just to cancel, even though I wouldn't attend the gym.
That’s not fair behaviour and I wouldn’t expect that a big chain as Goodlife would need to use this kind of procedure to get people’s money (charging for a not provided service).
Great level of service from Georgia and David, and a good mix of free and cable weights plus cardio. Super convenient location too. Private lockers and clean.
I simply love this gym. Great space, group class and amount of equipment. Being a starter or a gym addict, you will like goodlife Health clubs.
It’s a small facility with limited equipment. I would recommend for casual workouts but not for serious gym users. Staff was pleasant.
“ In between my workout, one of their staff member said to leave the gym because now no staff hours starts, this hurts”. I hope they understand.
When you've paid membership for the past 12 months and the only time they contact you asking you about your membership is when its renewal time.finally I can cut this expense out of my daily. Customer service is dismal. Im offended to have been pushed on the phone as to why I was not renewing my membership.here's something to think about Respect the ppl who use your Centre.
Worst gym to join don’t have enough equipment either. Was ripped off by not telling me the joining fees which was taken from my account. Bloody ripoff.
Good gym with a range of classes and good gym equipment, can get busy around 5-7pm on week days
