This gym has a great vibe and I've always received excellent service from the friendly staff. The manager (Kuben) is really good, getting involved when necessary to help resolve any issues and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Would really recommend.

Goodlife North Adelaide continues to charge my account despite me cancelling my membership. I have emailed goodlife 3 times, spoken to someone over the phone, and visited reception in person. Every time I’ve been told my membership was cancelled and the payments will stop, but I am still being charged. Now I have to report it to my bank. Don’t recommend signing up with Goodlife at all.

Such a great space, the classes are awesome and fun and all the team members are lovely. Overall Goodlife North Adelaide is amazing value - and affordable!

The staff at Goodlife North Adelaide are the most helpful members I have found compared to other gyms I have attended. They greet you with a genuine smile and make you feel so welcome. They are on hand to show you how to use equipment safely. Josh who showed me around the gym made me feel very comfortable and excited to join Goodlife North Adelaide and is always available if I have questions. I was introduced to the manager who is so lovely and helpful, who makes you feel like you are part of the Goodlife family. I actually really look forward to going to the gym now I have joined Goodlife North Adelaide.

Great Gym, good atmosphere, good equipment, friendly and clean. I am one of the original members and have been going there for over 10 years. Highly recommend.

Excellent gym. Wide range of weights machines, cardio machines and free weights. 24hr access, change rooms, showers, secure lockers and a good variety of health supplements.

Adelaide North Goodlife Health Club is the best place to be, very friendly, helpful and also approachable staff and the trainers. Iam enjoying my training through different exciting class.

Excellent service, great vibe from the friendly staff. My local gym. Have noticed some great improvements in recent times as a direct result of the new manager. Highly recommend to others - worth coming from other suburbs to join this gym.

I've been a member for about 18 months. There are two things I think are good, the fact that its reasonably quiet, and that the staff seem very friendly. Other than that, I've had only negative or neutral experiences. It's been my gym of choice soley for location, but due to price and equipment differences Im going to leave. I have directly contacted the club about issues, only to never receive a reply. Issues include, constant lack of avalible sanitising cloths (other than paper ones that disintegrate on the coarse bars), a lack of toilet paper (there was a consecutive week a couple months ago where the ladies bathroom had no toilet paper and only boxes of tissues), Constant struggles with the KuboFit app (took me 20 minutes today to even gain access to the gym, and noticed others struggling), No clear weight indicators on almost all cable machines, weights constantly left out (often for days on end).
This gym is poor, and I've put off making a review but I really can't reccomend this place.

My home away from home and friendliest group fitness atmosphere. Never underestimate the achievements that can be made from regular and dedicated group fitness attendance!

I have used a few goodlife gyms and North Adelaide is probably the nicest. The facilities are quite new and clean. It's an easy layout with the shopping centre providing free parking for a few hours.
I'd love to see a little more organisation with the free weights, people are a little lazy putting things back and there aren't a full range of medicine balls that I can find in one spot.
Otherwise - super happy this is my new local.

24/7 app sucks… every time I had to scan few times and even few minutes until it grants access. I checked with font desk and wanted to get a card. They mentioned goodlife don’t provide card anymore and it’s only way to acess it and I am the only person compliant about the app so far.
Please don’t tell me I am the only person compliant about the app because the review of app is not very high. It just rude that push the problem to customers.

Well equipped and clean gym. Follows all covid protocol.
24 hour access and you just need your mobile for access which is great as I don't want to carry different access cards for different purpose.

You get 2 free training sessions every 3 months.
Staff is friendly and well behaved.

I'll never support a business like this ever again. The girl who signed me up switched the contract we had agreed upon after we had specifically outlined what our requirements were. Immoral and disgusting.

I had told her I needed a Monthly contract because I was moving interstate. She gave me an annual one, then when I questioned it the reply was "oh well, you must not have read it properly", "you need to pay to get out of this".

So be sure to read the fine print carefully, even after a 15 minute conversation about what you need they will still attempt to sting you. Makes me feel sad that busines models like this still exist.

Good equipment and facilities.
If you are a female you have an area to yourself.
Wasted and disappointing when it the space is not used.
You are a paying customer should be able to used that space especially when it is quite.
We are encouraging equal rights but?
Make up your own mind

Joined 2 and a half months ago and to this point have found the experience to be satisfactory. Available equipment is adequate if you happen to visit in the off-peak periods and the change rooms are reasonably clean. Thought I would check the gym out as I bought into the area earlier in the year and initially purchased a Scoopon for around $25. Upon arrival I was immediately subject to the hard sell from Sarah who was quite pleasant and helpful and I decided to try it out for a year. Customer service is a bit hit and miss with some of the staff very cheery with pleasantries whilst others barely go through the motions. The manager Ben is a good bloke as is Randal (one of the trainers).
