47Very poor reception! Long waiting time, was told multiple time to wait for "a second" despite I told them it was urgent and I was calling from hospital
Absolutely fantastic clinic. Everybody is friendly and welcoming and the doctors are knowledgeable and kind. I see Doctor Hinkley and would recommend him to everyone, brilliant doctor!
My family and I have been going to this surgery for years, never had a bad experience. All the doctors are great, receptionists are friendly, and the practice nurse gives a great needle.what more could you want!
I only give this 4 stars due to friendly staff at front desk and other doctors are good especially dr brimage.
Although I did have the same problem as Barbara, with seeing Louda whatever his name is as I needed a medical certificate to take off 2 days work due to stress from issues at work and even told him my job provider recommended 2 days not 1 day and what did the doctor say? No, 1 day not 2 days cause "it wouldnt look good to the employer". Ummm wtf! I wont be seeing him again.
Worst experiences on numerous occasions, receptionists are rude and unprofessional to my elderly mother. I had to take my mother in to her appointment after she told me of a few issues and I was shocked to see the way they treat clients. Do not go there the doctors are useless and it's a boys club. Don't waste your time on such a poorly run practice. Disgusted.
My Experience at this clinic is excellent. I Find the staff to be polite and courteous. My Doctor is highly professional and I have no complaints at all. I would recommend this clinic to all.
Couldnt see my usual doctor who is the best (dr brimage) i seen a dr louda who firstly i couldnt understand secondly i was told i had bronchitis which i suffer with every year i asked to have at least four days off work due to me working in a hospital and my employer doesnt like us being at work sick he blatently told nme 2days enough
Well i know i wont be seeing that idiot again and have made another appointment with another surgery
You need to get decent understanding doctors that dont treat you like your just a number
