The worst customer service ever. I came there for Doctor Janowski which is amazing! The service I’ve received from the front desk is horrible. They charged me more than what it was meant to, I had to call several times for the same issue, I have been told they would call me back but it never happened for 2 days in a row. I’ve been prescribed with iron supplements, felt very sick with vision issues, called 2 days in a row to check with the doctor if the supplements could be the reason and they refused to find 5 minutes to talk to the doctor. Two stars just because the doctor is amazing.

I am a current patient at Golden Way Medical Centre and I see Dr Kevin Hinkley, by far he is the best GP I have ever seen because he is great at communicating and notices the little things. He has helped me through some really tough times and if I didn’t have him as my GP I don’t know where I’d be both physically and mentally. He is very empathetic and I would recommend him to everyone as he is very good at what he does.

Since I have met Dr Hinkley, as my doctor, he has changed me so much in a good way, that words can't describe. I would love to see this injection for people that are on the suboxone to come into play. It seems like it's changing people's lives. Thank you Dr Hinkley for all the help you've got me through. I've never met a doctor like yourself. You really are there to help people. (including myself and a friend of mine I put onto him too). She is much happier now. But these people who have trailed this medication for the suboxone (injection into the muscle part of it), is a brilliant idea.

Dr Kevin Hinkley is extraordinary. He has helped my partner and I through some very tough times in our lives. He is caring, understanding and is non judgemental. I am very lucky and very grateful to have him as my Dr. He has truly changed our lives for the better.

I have now been seeing Dr Kevin Hinkley for 12 months. It has been a pleasure to have found a reflective thoughtful Dr who will listen and promptly provide appropriate care. He really comes along side you as a patient and engages you as at your own level rather than speaking down to you. As a family doctor i will be very pleased to have him care for my wife and children also as he is very thorough and consistent. Thank you for your hard work,!

Dr Hinckley is an amazing doctor really knows his stuff.staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Dr Kevin Hinkley has an excellent bedside manner. He is thorough and his patient care is the best I've experienced. An asset to the Medical Centre.

Very shocked. Dr Hinkley says take this combination of drugs. Dr Ahmadi says OMG don't take that combination of drugs. Chemist is very concerned. I'm basically poisoning my self because the doctors there have no idea.

I normally see Dr Murphy, who is exceptional in all respects. Yesterday, I attended with a major foot trauma which prevented me from walking. Dr Murphy was not on duty, and I was referred to Dr Ata Ahmadi. He was excellent. His diagnosis was 100% correct, his prescribed treatment was totally effective. He was friendly, interested and completely focused on my problem as a walk-in patient. I have only the highest regard for Dr Ahmadi's manner, care and skills.

Kevin Hinkley is approachable and knowledgeable; he cares about his patients and genuinely seeks to help us. He takes the time to discuss my concerns and will give me the specific information I seek. He manages to make very specialised concepts comprehensible and will ensure I understand and am comfortable with what is being prescribed / recommended before undertaking a treatment.
I highly recommend him.

Terrible receptionist dont know her name but this person will tarnish the name of this establishment if not carefull

Dr Kevin Hinkley is an excellent health professional. He approaches problems by searching for and addressing the underlying cause, not by simply treating symptoms and pushing you out the door.
He is trustworthy, intelligent, and empathetic, and I will continue to recommend him to the people I care most about.

This is a brilliant Clinic with a range of highly skilled, friendly and amazing staff. All the Doctors are fantastic, but Dr Kevin Murphy is an absolute superstar! He genuinely listens and cares for his patients, is extremely respectful, insightful and has a great sense of humour.
He is also wonderful with children!
Can't recommend Dr Murphy or this Clinic highly enough.

I would like to say that Dr Kevin Murphy, is an amazing dr on the next level! My experience with him and how he has treated my family over the past few years, is that he is a caring, inquisitive, knowledgeable dr that always has your back. What more could you want from a gp than to know that when you meet with him, you have his full attention and he fights for the best outcome for every patient. We are lucky to have him as our GP.

How can you book appointments and then be 45 mins late. If you only have 1 doctor on don't book so many people in. It's a joke to wait that long for an appointment, people have other business to do not spend it like this
