Gloria Jean's Coffees

Waited for ever, ordered bacon and poached eggs with hot chocolate $20.
Got brown cold bread, no butter, 5 small rounds of bacon half cooked, 2 very small poached eggs + 5 spinach leaves. The hot chocolate was very hot but nice once cooled.
Won't be going back.

Coffee and food were great. Friendly staff and very efficient. It was great sitting outside under the vines. Nice break from a day of shopping. Very dog friendly

The breakfast I ordered on a busy Saturday was far from hot, the poached egg was solid and the other ingredients were barely warm.
Not good.

Right in the middle of everything, small shop, indoor and outdoor seating, the blender is very loud indoors during the rush, so don't expect a "quiet milkshake" or anything

Unfortunately the standard here and other GJs has gone down over the years. Just wish the service standards would go up considering the prices are always going up.

Very rude, and not helpful with any questions i asked. The actual drink tasted different to what it normally does.

The service is always fast and the staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is quiet and cozy, the coffee is outstanding, and the price is very reasonable. Totally recommended place, far better with the new owner. Thank you, I will back when I come to the Glenelg beach again.

Better off going to a local cofee shop, bit overpriced and service is poor compared to how it used to be.

Great coffee but the bacon and scrambled eggs was so dry couldn't eat it should of asked for my money back won't go there again

Very weak coffee and over priced wraps. Charged my over $11 for a wrap that had a few pieces of baby lettuce leaves, 6 slices of Chicken breast and mayo. And they called it a Chicken salad wrap! Not impressed

Ordered and paid for coffees and then waited and waited and waited. Eventually had to tell them we had paid for coffees but they lost the order. They had no idea about running a coffee shop.

Lovely atmosphere in Gloria Jean's, Glenelg. The owner always has a nice word for us every Sunday. Food is very nice too.

They're in an average location competing against coffee shops with awesome views and atmosphere. If you had to assess coffee and staff alone, it would be 5 starts.

Love meeting up and having coffee here after work. Great food, service and atmosphere and staff are always friendly.

Very good coffee.

A little trivial bit, I was a little disappointed that we were given take away cups, given the fact we intended to dine in and weren't asked what we wanted.
