Very professional service. No waiting. Experienced, caring, friendly doctors and staff. I live in Marion but I'm a client in this medical centre for at least 8 years.

The staff were friendly but firm with Covid compliance expectations, accommodating and made my experience as simple as possible.

At a time when the health industry is overwhelmed the team at Globe were a breath of fresh air, taking time to assist us in a friendly and efficient manner. Special thanks to the reception team. Kind Regards

Overall a very pleasant experience. I was well looked after by the staff at the reception and Doctor Clive himself. They were all very friendly and welcoming. I would like to thank each and everyone at Globe Medical for their time and help.

Got my first covid shot today at Travel Bug on Fullerton Road Norwood. So easy. Booked by phone for both jabs and my flu shot, all appropriately spaced. In and out in less than 1/2 hour. Great service, and all paid for by the PM!

The Dr was 1h late which I didn’t mind at all, he was amazing with the appointment, treated me super well and was very thoughtful with his advices, I appreciated him and the way he cared for me. Although what made me give only 2 stars (would give none if wasn’t for the amazing Dr) was that I was “kicked out” of the waiting room because the Dr was late and they were getting busy and for that I should leave and come back 45min later, they asked me to get out and have a coffee, I didn’t want a coffee, I had to “walk around” for 45min in fact I hurt my leg a few days ago and it was very painful so I end up sitting outside for 45min in a rainy and cold weather. I understand the COVID procedures and precautions although I don’t think that was something very nice to do.
Definitely not coming back.

Perfect.polite reception staff and a very professional doctor who patiently gave me valuable insight at zero cost.
As a patient or client, it does not get better.

The GP (Dr. Ellane Powell) was really nice & friendly to talk to. She gave a really good consultation.

Doctor Senthil is the best，he really impressed me with always paying a lot of attention on patients‘ needs，I know him in a laser clinic，and I get my freckle done through him，but the laser doesn't work very well on my face，so I went to see him again，but he wrote a free prescription cream for me by charging me nothing. Then my freckles disappeared after using the cream. I would recommend him to all the patients who have skin problems

I have been going to Globe medical for about 5 years. My experience has always be very good. Staff are professional keen to help out even when calling. The Doctors there are all very caring, my Doctor is fantastic. The clinic is covid 19 safe, Globe medical is clean. I have recommended Globe medical to my Family and friends and they are very impressed.

The nurse went above and beyond to help me update my immunisation records and was so pleasant and nice and made it seem like it wasn’t an inconvenience when I know it would have been. The immunisations were painless and done very well

Friendly and helpful staff. Was able to get an appointment at short notice with a very nice doctor. A shame they don’t bulk bill as they are nearby.

Saw my GP Dr Philpott today.
On time, efficient, friendly. More importantly he has a wealth of experience. His recommendations for certain tests over the years have kept me out of bother on a few occasions.

The office staff can come across as slightly militaristic, but they understandably have their Covid framework to go through.

A good practice.

Delayed approx 40 minutes from initial appointment. 5 minutes "consultation" and physio referral letter charged me $76.75.

I have been a few clinics but i was not quite happy at all until found the Globe Medical. Friendly staff and helpful when i first walked in. Dr Vanessa is so experience, nice and helpful with useful information about general women health.
Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough positive things about Globe Medical team. They are professional and attentive. Vigilant and actively involved with health and positive wellbeing. Thank you to all the team for your care and attention. Full marks to Dr Jane Allen and her vigilance which more than likely saved my life.

Wonderful practice with friendly staff and doctors. We mainly see Dr Jane Allen who is lovely. She was my doctor throughout my pregnancy and now sees both myself and my newborn baby.

It is easy to make appointments for general consults as the clinic offers online appointment bookings. The text reminders are convenient and the reception staff are always happy to assist.

We thank the team for continually making our visits such a pleasant experience.

I've been going to Globe Medical for the past 5 years. It is a great practice, the GPs I've seen have all been really professional and knowledgeable.
