This Foodland is one of the best, it's organically orientated, the staff are oh so lovely, the range is truly mind blowing, I'd go there not just to shop, but for an outing when I can, their coffee, cakes wide range of healthy chia pudding dessert things and healthy salads, not to mention the fresh crispy baked breads, and massive bliss ball, I would definitely go out of my way to visit this store, it's absolutely beautiful*

The best Foodland in all of SA! I never leave without buying more than I needed. If you haven't been there you must go. They have beautiful fruit and veg that you can't even get in your typical supermarket. The cheese selection is amazing and for vegans, a unique selection as well. The bakery.well you just have to see it to believe it and same goes for the health food section. I walk out of the spending over $100 on random stuff but worth it as it's stuff you just won't find anywhere elsewhere.

Such a nice store. Love the range here. I just noticed on my last visit its starting to smell a bit funky. What is that smell? The old foodland at Mt Barker used to have the same smell and I could never work out what it was.

Large supermarket, lots of choice compared to the competition.

They're good enough that their carpark is often full, I've often had to hunt for a spot. They have a large deli section containing a large number of cheeses and meats, and I've found I get served by friendly and hygienic staff there. There bakery is pretty good, although some of their recent changes mean I won't get some of the things I have wanted in the past, but I haven't seen some of the alternatives yet so who knows if its better or worse. Their vege section is pretty well stocked and their selection of organics lifts the rating, although I wonder about verification. The five stars is definitely earned though because they try to accommodate your shopping interests, and this just generally makes sense: if one customer is interested in buying a product then others might too. If it doesn't sell they will discontinue it, but they might give it a shot and make it available.

Was scolded by staff for offering a struggling individual some extra cash to pay for his desired purchases. Apparently “this causes more problems than helping”.
The man had the money to pay for what he wanted and shouldn’t be embarrassed for doing so.
Everyone in our community has the right to enter a supermarket.
I didn’t realise this particular foodland looks down on certain community members and would prefer to kick patrons out and then confront me for parting ways with $2 to help someone out. I have the autonomy to decide where my money goes what is appropriate - I don’t need your staff telling me what to do.

Pretentious wealthy as*holes.won’t be coming back.

Unfortunately shopping here is not the pleasure it used to be - one has to avoid the staff restocking shelves at 1100. Surely this can be done at a quieter time. It was like dodgem-cars today with all huge stock trolleys. Navigating in the meat, fruit and veg, and grocery aisles was truly a frustrating experience and I am sure many loyal customers will avoid going there unless there is an improvement. A real shame!

Like a foodie wonderland. It is a tad more expensive but this is due to more people serving you and better produce. Parking is a bit hectic but once you're in there by gosh it's food heaven

Sometimes I come here after a long day at work to just admire and stroll through the aisles. I love the way Foodland displays their local produce and baked goods. Not just in cages of locked packaging and cramped in neat artificial rows but treated with dignity and honour.

I always leave this supermarket feeling renewed and inspired. With local Adelaide delights like food and flowers in my bags as little treats to perk me up after terrible days. Believing once more that better days are ahead.

Cheaters! They put up a special on certain items but it never registers at the checkout. I’ve excused this a few times but it’s been happening every week. It seems that they are doing this on purpose, assuming customers won’t notice. I’ve heard the same story from others, in which the staff sometimes get quite nasty. Disappointing Foodland. Very disappointing. Not to mention the intense atmosphere, the place is run like an army. Will not be back.

One of the best food and supermarket shopping destinations in Adelaide. It is also complimented by it's suster supermarket Foidland Pasadena. Even just to visit, have a coffee and perhaps a light lunch in their cafe, Frewville Foodland is great to stroll around and just take in all the sights and smells and get some ideas. You are sure to find products you may not have seen before or perhaps have been searching for, for some time. The shelves are always well stocked and every time I have visited there are so many staff members present to answer your questions, check and restock shelves, check on the freshness and quality of their products. Frewville Foodland supports local SA businesses as well as providing an extensive range of other products from the rest of Australia and overseas.
The cheeses, small goods and deli section is well stocked, as is the fresh meat section.
There is plenty of parking and access into and around the supermarket for people using wheelchairs and walking frames etc. Lastly, at certain times throughout the week you will be able to listen to a pianist playing during your shopping experience. Just a must to visit whether you are from Adelaide, or other areas and interstate visitors should visit too.

This is an amazing supermarket, the range of goods is terrific.
And yet I find it really hard to shop here - it is so popular it is hard to move through the rows - to me the place always smells of fish - and the car park is just down right dangerous.
But again, an amazing supermarket.

Staff are absolutely wonderful apart from one store manager - Brooke I think her name is? Never friendly nor approachable. Constantly bossing people about for no reason and telling her employees to smile when I've never seen her wearing one. Nasty piece of work if you ask me, doesn't appear to enjoy her role whatsoever. Letting the team down smh.
