Smaller store than the other big Freedoms most commonly found. I've been here a few times and never had staff ask is if we needed assistance. Seems they don't venture away from the counter. Mile End is totally opposite and far better.

Poor service - went to pay for goods at counter. As soon as i went to pay the employee told me to hold on a moment then dissapeared and didn't come back.

We received a broken item after a week and a half wait, we weren't contacted once the item had arrived so we could've been waiting longer if we didn't call them. Once we received the item it was broken so we now got to wait even longer and no compensation was offered. Disappointing!
