Wow! I walked into Folicles BHB and from the start they were honest, upfront and very reassuring in being able to help me!
Renee was AMAZING. I can not recommend her enough, my hair was over bleached, damaged and fried and I have walked out with soft, beautiful hair that is well on its way to recovery.
You get what you pay for and if you want great service, a high level of skill and friendly staff then go and do your hair a favour and see the team.you won’t regret it!

After two years of doing nothing to my hair, I was looking for a change and that’s when I was recommended to check out Follicles by a friend. I wasn’t completely sure on what I wanted but after a consultation and the right advice; I was excited to begin my transformation. During my stay I received excellent customer service and a much needed cappuccino. My stylist Renee took the right amount of time and care needed to get my colour right; without damaging my fine hair. After my blow wave and photos; I left feeling and looking like a goddess. Follicles is the only salon I’ll be trusting with my hair from now on xx

So happy with my colour and cut - lots of consultation given regarding what you want to achieve. Relaxing experience - they don't rush you in and out, they ensure that colour is perfect. Lovely staff and i will be back!

After going to a number of different hairdressers over the years and not being happy with the salons I was recommended to go here by a friend. Now I have finally found a place that not only does great hair but the staff are very friendly and professional. Before starting your hair, you always get a consultation with an estimate on price so they know exactly what you are wanting but also set expectations on what’s possible. Renee does amazing colour transformations and Carla & Rosanna do a great job with hair extensions. I can’t recommend this salon enough.

What can I say, AWSOME SALON. Walked in with black virgin hair and wanted magenta. The consult was thorough and informative on how the process was going to go. They didn't over promise the result but my hair went blonde in one session and I got my dream colour. So happy how professional they are and educated in colour. I'm very fussy and was very happy with the result. I get stopped where ever I go and random people say I love your colour! Highly recommend.

Amazing salon. Being a blonde is not easy. However they have managed to get my hear looking the exact blonde I wanted. Their attention to detail and customer service is what I love and how educated they are in their field of colour and explaining the process to me. I Highly recommen this salon to everyone.

I cannot recommend Follicles high enough! I've had so many bad experiences going blonde that I was beyond anxious trying again. I'd seen all the amazing before and after photos but I was still hesitant to believe they could do it to my hair. The girls made me feel so safe in their knowledge. They're all beyond friendly and their skills far exceed their years! If you're looking for a salon that is going to blow your expectations out of the water, this is the place. Love this salon! I found them after scrolling perfect blondes online. I had gone to my usual salon and was so disappointed with what I walked out with, that I went on the search for a salon to correct what I had and give me the blonde hair I was looking for.
I was not disappointed, the girls had me there for 5hrs fixing my hair and I walked out with amazing results.
They really know what they are doing and the service is amazing!

They were extremely diligent with the consult to make sure everyone was on the same page and I'm so so so happy with the final result. As a first time customer I'm extremely happy with my haircut. I hadn't been to a hairdresser in about 2 years. Most previous hair cuts at other salons haven't been what I've asked for & I've walked away feeling disappointed and ripped off, not today though. My hair looks and feel fantastic! The staff at Follicles are very warm and friendly. I'll definitely be going back!

Down to earth, great staff, great products and BEST colour I have had at reasonable prices. I go to Pasque, but I would go to anyone here totally trust Rosanna and the team. I have gone to others when travelling but always go back here. They dont take short cuts but also do not over sell you anything its all about doing the best for your hair and you. I have been to many top end salons who do half the job and charge twice as much!

Best hair salon I have ever been to! Welcoming atmosphere and willing to do everything you want. Very informative with the products that they are using letting you know what they are doing every step of the way. Big shout out to Carla, who has performed magic on my hair.
