6 months ago I came follicles to start the process of fixing my hair which was damaged by another hairdresser from another salon TWICE! They have done such an amazing job with my hair. I love how they all work with eachother, how they care for the customer and really pay attention to what needs to be done with your hair. You girls are stuck with me.for life

Ok ok soo.this salon deserves 100 stars! I mean if I can give them that much of stars here, I WILL definitely. The consultation was excellent, Rossana was very honest about what suits your hair, she will give you so many strategies to try and achieve the colour you wanted in a healthy process! And for Carla who fixed my hair, GIRL THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH! You are my fairy godmother cause idk what sorcery you used but my hair turns out great and soft tbh I lowkey cried cause of Happiness! Overall, this salon is what every girl needs! Even girls from interstate comes here cause who wouldn’t right? I mean everything is excellent especially when it comes to service, communication and they will make you feel welcome! Everyone is so friendly it’s like everyone is so close with each other and I never felt left out they included me as if I’m really close to them too! IM VERY VERY HAPPY ️

Having re-located from the Hunter Valley in January, I was desperate to find a new hairdresser that understood what was right for me and my hair and after a few disasters I finally found what I needed!

I decided to go blonde for the first time last year, and all I can say is I’m SO glad I didn’t go elsewhere! The team at follicles are amazing, not only do I feel comfortable in the salon 100% of the time, but their work is amazing! I cannot suggest them enough! ️

I am extremely happy with my experience at Follicles, they made it their mission to fix what other hairdressers had damaged without rushing or swinging me in their desired direction. They didnt push any ideas or alternatives my way, instead they gave me exactly what i wanted.

My almost pitch black roots and bleached ends were transformed into the ash blonde balayage that i wanted. I'm super grateful because I haven't been able to find a reliable hairdresser in SA the entire 2 years I've been here.

My hair used to be long. After going to different hairdressers in which I trusted, they bleached and did a kerotin and over time I had a lot of breakage and was really unhappy with my hair. I did a consult with Rosanna whom suggested a clean, treatment and toner. Then stage 2 I had long extensions added without having to apply any bleach. Very happy with the service and ecstatic with the result. Highly recommend.

AMAZING! I have never felt so welcomed at a hair salon in my life. The quality of my hair is is in better condition than when I walked in. It really is a fabulous team of high experienced hair dressers. I can not recommend follicles enough. I thank the team whole heatedly and this is my new and permanent hair salon. Rosanna is honest about the work and pricing of your hair. I would never recommend a hair salon if I didn't believe in the work they do and I'm over the moon with hair and colour correction. So I love in. Give them a go you won't regret it.

After getting my hair terribly done at some other place which did not know what they were doing and left me with red highlights instead of a full colour in my hair. Follicles fixed it, and left me beyond happy, i am so grateful they understood what i wanted and were able to fix it. While i know it was a massive job, Renee did wonders and created a beautiful red colour which im so in love with and im so glad i came in to their salon!

I have never felt so comfortable in a salon before. None of the staff seem intimidating (like a lot of hairdressers are), and they have such amazing professional knowledge that they knew exactly what I wanted despite my horribly worded explanations.

The consultation was fantastic- Rosanna explains so much. She immediately had a clear idea of what I wanted and who would be doing my hair. Renee is amazing! She is so focused and talked me through everything when I felt uncertain or nervous. Truly a master who completely nailed the colour I wanted.

The whole atmosphere is incredible, the team is like a great family and it’s so refreshing to be there. Thank you everyone for an incredible appointment, see you in 8 weeks!

So this is an overdue review- although it’s a review worth writing. I went to these lovely ladies rosanna and Carla back in November for a colour correction.
The before and after was incredible my hair had been over bleached and was in need of some treatment new colour and cut. They made my hair look absolutely beautiful the hard work they put into it was beyond any service I have ever had and they really do work hard- the hours they spent on my hair may have been more then they initially said but Carla just went over and beyond on doing it right! I’m so thankful for that! The best salon by far, so much knowledge and are so honest with what needs doing to create and fix hair. These ladies are wonderful and are so helpful I can not wait for my next appointment 100% recommend them to everyone - so kind and make you feel so comfortable. Perfect

I have never been happier with my hair! I have colour damaged hair and my dream is to be blonde and after the initial consult I knew I was in the right place. After my first appointment, I was so happy I found them. They not only care about the look of your hair, but the health as well. Can't recommend enough!

After walking into the salon for the first time for my consult, I felt instantly at ease. Something I don’t usually feel when walking into salons. The process to my dream hair was explained to me in detail and also the reasons behind it, leaving me feeling hopeful and excited about the journey to come.

I had 2 cleanses before I went in for my balayage today. Each time I was more excited it was getting closer. The day finally arrived and I am beyond happy with the results. The vibe is so positive and I can’t wait to go back for my maintenance now. I wish I’d found this place sooner. The staff are amazing and they know exactly what they are doing. Absolutely recommend 100%!
