The food was nice enough but they ran out of gluten free buns. You don't expect a restaurant selling mainly burgers to run out of burger buns. There should be plenty of gluten free buns kept in the freezer - especially for a Saturday night.

Best takeaway burgers in Adelaide, hands down. Always fresh ingredients, quality beef and sauces. 10/10 for takeaway category.

Been a regular at fancy burger on Sunday mornings but today I went in to take advantage of the 15% off promotion and try a couple of legend burger which I had yet to tried but the barcode reader was not working so they could not scan the barcode for the promotion and was told I had to pay full price. I offered to pay cash and they could manually take 15% off but they said they could not do that. Needless to say I left and half way home I had a call from them to say they now had another scanner that was working. It was too late as I was half way home and I landed up going to another burger place nearer home, having travelled half an hour each way for nothing.

Food is terrific. The sweet potato chips are legendary. The vegetarian burgers are terrific.
You should try it out!

Fantastic, tasty burgers. Wide instead of tall so they're easy to eat. Very good flavour profiles.

The burgers were good at FBs. But over the years, they’ve gotten smaller and the vego options haven’t changed in years. Compared to other burger joints like Nord, they’re tired and boring. Chips are usually good but like burgers, on the pricey side. Just not good value for money anymore.

My partner and I ordered the cheeseburgers. They were so good and delicious we are looking forward to getting burgers from there again. And im saying delicious even though they were stone cold when we got to eat them because it took our uber driver nearly an hour to deliver. Cant wait to have a fresh hot one

My friend and I have moved country’s for the year but we promise we’ll come back. Honestly we miss this place more than our own mothers, I miss the cheeseburgers

Never been here before, but it was a really fantastic and positive experience. The burger was fantastic, delicious and worthwhile. If I'm visiting the area again, will definitely drop in and have another Fancy Burger. We'll done!

Continually disappointed by the service from Fancy Burgers Blackwood. We are regulars and are frequently mislead by staff regarding wait times… told it will be 10 minutes, to arrive at the shop and be waiting another half hour or more. Customers will have no issue waiting provided staff are transparent and honest about how long the wait time will be. This is forgivable occasionally but this has been the case a majority of times we have visited.

Additionally, in the last 6 months we have had
- a burger patty with a piece of plastic container cooked into it? !
- got home to open the bag with the incorrect order.
- got to the shop to hear our order had been taken by someone else, no refund or complementary items, just told to wait another 20-30 mins for our order.

Burgers are generally good but management need to change their approach to customer service, encourage honesty, and employ more staff so that they can provide sufficient attention to detail and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Nice music but too loud, sat outside. Loco burger is perfect since I got the hot ketchup on the side instead of on the burger (makes it too sloppy/hot/sweet). Chips were nice but a bit tough not as crispy or tasty as fresh ones from common fast food places (double fried maybe?).

Slightly overpriced. This use to be the best but has since been taken over by many other competitors whilst the store stayed the same. Wall tiles may need clean also

Amazing! Honestly best burgers, chips, sauces I've ever had. Tried lots of others, this is the best

Very poor service, don’t order here the owner is very rude. Burger are not worth it please Save your money and go somewhere else, Don’t do take away as they take too long and the burgers are going to be cold and burnt, wet, Moshi and disgusting same with the chips. The quality of the burger is disappointing. They rip you off DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

First time at fancy burgers!
My burger the biggie was nice but just a standard Burger.
The partners Burger Smokie was to die for, beautiful burger and beautiful flavour.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, chips and chilli mayo, absolutely stoked with it all, will buy again for sure. Thank you guys! (Would show a pic but couldn't stop eating it to take one!)

Concidering how many burger joints there are nowadays. U would expect better than just ok.overpriced also tbh.if your cashed up anyways u probably won't. Complain but tbh it was plain and chips were shnit.imo

They have delicious gluten free burgers - hooray! Plus they are not insanely overpriced! Able to order online and receive / request a precise time for pickup (less than 10 mins in my case!) Which is very convenient with kids in the car. Staff were friendly and pleasant yet professional and efficient. Oh and the chips are fantastic too!

Ordered at Blackwood last Friday & really disappointed. Pre-ordered online but still waited 40mins in store for order. The burger patties were really dry & the chips overcooked. Hadn't been for a while but unfortunately probably won't go back for a while either
