Was once the best place in the area has gone down hill, sloppy food, questionable food standards, cheap tasteless vegitables.

This Amazing "Fat Chicken" place has the most beautiful food my chips were yummy and cooked excellent and the fish just melted in my mouth it was so fresh and tasty. The customer service was really good its good to go in a place to get food and come out happy.

Flavoursome and modestly priced take away. My favourite place to order a steak sandwich. The chickens ate always well cooked, juicy and plenty of flavour. The chips are crispy and well drained. The fish fillet are large and the batter is crunchy. One of my local favourites.

Bought chicken and chips and a coleslaw. The coleslaw was tasteless and no dressing. Great chip's and chicken. Make the coleslaw better I'll be back.

Had an amazing chicken-salad from Fat Chicken, super healthy and delicious. Do yourself a favour and try their chips! Crispy and crunchy.

I would say best in taste chicken and chips but service is a bit slow, expect at least 20+ minutes on a normal routine day. I have no complaints with taste, on spot. Recommended.

Awesome place if you want a night off or don’t have time to cook, chips were golden and crunchy, Chicken breasts were slightly dry but amazing gravy made up for this. Will defiantly visit this spot again.

Friendly service, calamari pack was excellent, and they seriously make some of the best hot chips in Adelaide.
I've had the chicken schnitzel burger before too, they're pretty damn good.

Don't expect a real fast service if you walk in off the street during a busy time.and for a good reason! This is the best chicken shop in the West! Phone ahead and you will be able to pick up your order when you arrive. The food is perfect for a classic chip shop. There is no better. They have taken the time to work out how to present the best food at a low cost. It's amazing! I'm so lucky to live so close. I have ordered many meals that I'm so impressed with. Even the chicken hot pack came with a seperate container of gravy so I could choose how much I wanted to add. Thank you Fat Chicken!

I think the roast chicken from that place is the best I've had here in Adelaide. Also the attention is very good

I am a regular and for the 2nd week in a row the man with the moustache who serves was very arrogant towards me. He was quite happy to share a joke with his colleague at my expense. It seems asking for a plastic bag to go is a criminal offence even when I offered to pay for it. Food is good but if this man treats customers like this it is not acceptable. Maybe this man needs to think that without customers the business goes nowhere.

I'm now known by my first name having ordered well toasted steak sandwiches with the lot. A wholesome meal when I'm not wanting to cook after a busy day
