65I rang on my way there to pre-order. The phone was answered promptly and I was asked to hold for "a minute. " I spent the next 11 minutes driving there, arrived at the counter to see 4 staff standing there doing nothing yet I was still on hold. The lady who served me was very apologetic and gave me a small discount plus threw in a free garlic bread and dessert for the inconvenience which was nice.
Since when do we have a 10% public holiday surcharge? Order placed and paid before being advised. Found this disgraceful!
I had said I'd never return. Had been told of a vast improvement since re opening so gave it another try. Well done the food was tasty.
Quick take away. Rang my order in, lovely girl on ph. Took my order. Arrived & only had to wait a minute. She asked if I'd like bread or parmesan. Got home. Good size serving. Actually could only eat half & the rest in the fridge for another meal.very impressed
Food was nice, staff friendly BUT my god, let me finish my meal before asking if Im finished.over and over. Way over the top. Clearly new staff, trying WAY too hard. If the manager is making them do this, back off and let people eat in peace.
