Fasta Pasta Reynella

Ordered a schnitzel parmy, it was small and dry and had a slice of ham and cheese no sauce on it. Since being an Italian restaurant maybe you should look at getting a Italian chief. Your Indian chief should stick to curries.

Food was appalling tonight. Definitely wasn't up to standards and did not taste the same as usual. Pasta sauce was tasteless & prawns still had their tails in them. Misses said her pizza was so oily also. We rang and complained to let them know we weren't impressed and asked if they had changed their chefs but apparently not and said can't do anything to help us which is disappointing. Sadly We will not be ordering again.

I have supported this business for literally decades. I waited 43 minutes to collect my takeaway food after being told before I ordered my food that it would be ready in 15! When I questioned why the long wait, the manager said they had used my salad and garlic bread to fill other orders.once I got the food home, the pasta and garlic bread were luke warm and the "fresly made" salad (if you can call it that) was mainly lettuce with a few cherry toms cut in half, 2 olives, a bit of onion and 2 tiny bits of cucumber! $60.00+ for cold food and a barely there salad.didnt cut it.am not happy.and I won't return!

We just had the worse food from your Reynella store. Our pasta was taste less the sauce was different to normal. Asked for Dianne sauce was like a pasta sauce. My salad was about 3 lettuce leafs and half a cherry tomato and a tiny bit of cucumber. Pizza was oily tast less and not the same as I normally get. Cheese burger was over cooked and slapped together chips we over cooked and cold. We called up to speak to someone at your restaurant to only be told that the food received was a normal standard if this is your normal standard I mose well save my money and go to Hjs or another fast food restaurant. We will never return to this restaurant from the bad customer service we received and terrible food.

. The manager needs some revision on her customer service techniques. When I entered I was given a take away menu. Upon ordering I queried a price difference between menu and what I was being charged. All manager had to say was prices have gone up.well good customer relations would be giving me my order at the price on the menu I WAS GIVEN when I entered. Not my fault the new menus hadn't been put out.

They provide very well for us and the service dogs at the table aswell, it is not the norm but the staff did very well

So bad. Service was great staff were lovely but the pizza was disgusting no flavour and just plain awful. I ate 1 slice couldn't even eat anymore and very disappointed when the waitress asked did I want a takeaway and I explained no and why, the management should have come and talked to me. I didn't want
necessarily want a refund just should have had some communication about the pizza. Lesson learned never order their pizza

I usually go to the one on Henley Beach Road, which is excellent. Friendly staff and great food. I have been to the Reynella restaurant, and in my opinion, it is very average. The pasta tastes like old leftovers reheated, and the cheesy garlic bread was stale every time. I would have thought that being a franchise, they would all use the same recipe's

The staff at this particular Fasta Pasta are wonderful - always welcoming and accommodating (especially of our toddlers). Always an enjoyable experience.

Very dissapointed on Wednesday.the prawn linguine was dry and tasteless been having it for last few years but no more

This was Fasta Pasta Reynella. Customer service fantastic.
The food was delectable, presentation beautiful. Prices suit all pockets. Kids menu.
A lot of other places could learn a thing or two from them. Easy parking. Disabled friendly. Outside under cover dining.
Will definitely go back again. Thankyou

Great service on what is one of the busiest nights of the year. Fantastic food, pollo avocado has got to be one of their best dishes

Choosing a table was nice so we didn't freeze with the airconditioning. The online ordering is easy. However if you want anything different when you order don't rely on it as it does not appear to be read. Food was hot but pasta is very thick. No extra cheese or salt and pepper offered.

Second time I have been here, nothing beats good ole customer service. As a business owner myself I respect that massively. If I owned your business Robert needs a pay rise! Excellent manners and customer service

This is my wife and my, and our families favorite place for lunch the staff are amazing especially Rob the manager. We adore this place and don't go to any other fasta pastas anymore and we are closer to another. The margarita pizza, ventura pizza are our favorite but honestly everything is great!

I ordered the fettuccine putanesca and thoroughly enjoyed it. Sauce was delicious. Service was great. Prices reasonable.

Really big servings of pasta. Could order 2 mains to feed 3 people.

Attended Reynella fasta pasta for valentine's day lunch. Found the pasta to be under cooked & the sauce tasteless & very thin lacking consistency. Both below service temperature.
The garlic bread had no taste of garlic.

The manager is an amazing young man and the staff and service at this restaurant is nothing short of amazing!
Always a smile on faces and the food is always fantastic!
I've been a regular at this restaurant for many years now and my children love going.
Prices are very affordable and Fasta Pasta Reynella for us will always be our staple from junk food corner
