We stumbled upon this restaurant while considering our dinner options on busy King William Road.we are so happy we walked in the doors of Farina, the food was simply perfect, well priced and the service was good, we will be back! Thank you

Booked for a date night. The menu for both wine and food were incredible. The beef carpaccio was unbelievable. The flavours were sensational. The Tagliata unfortunately was overcooked for my liking nevertheless the flavours again were impeccable. I will definitely be back all very delicious.

Food was great, but some of the serves were a little underwhelming but overall good. Enjoyed their arancini balls and pizza the most

Typical nice atmosphere for a dinner. Highly recommend the truffled mushroom pasta. Pizzas are great too - not too many options which usually means quality food.

We booked a table for 7 people the restaurant wasn’t very busy.as far as service goes there wasn’t any! We waited over 2 hours for our food which only came out after we complained about the wait, no apologies for the excessive wait time… zero service from waiters took forever just to get a drink.food was nice once we finally got it at 10pm! But wouldn’t bother wasting my money again based on the lack of service provided.

We loved this place. The food was lovingly and skillfully made. The service was friendly and attentive. We sat next to the fire on a cold night, so it was all perfect. We will be back for sure. Thank you, Farina 00!

Good location in a very busy and lively area in King William Road. Lovely pasta dishes more specifically the mushroom pasta. The salami pizza was so tasty and balanced. Lovely crust and topping with a delicious base.
The service was ok but a bit slow so we waited a long time before the food arrives.

Come here often, staff is welcoming and all the food is really good, I definitely recommend the gigli pasta and the diabla pizza.

I was torn between giving this venue one or two stars. I'm not a restaurant reviewer from the advertiser, but I am a professional chef with 20+ years of experience, and this is the first time I have refused to pay for a meal in my life. I won't go on in detail with tonight's experience but:
* Glassware had lipstick on it
* Arancini was overcooked and salty
* Carpaccio lacked flavour and tasted like the meat had been frozen
* Ordered a $32 goat pasta that had 3 small pieces of goat, and a sauce that tasted like it came out of the tin, no seasoning, pasta was not ala dente, not to mention we waited over an hour from our entree to mains (restaurant wasn't even half full)
If you are going to justify your prices then invest in staff and service. The young people on tonight were out of their depth and needed guidance, and the kitchen was just poor.

Tomato and buffalo mozzarella was a delicious start. Lamb skewers were dry and small. Goat ragu fettuccine and pork and fennel pasta were delicious, but again, the servings were small compared to other pasta restaurants at similar prices.

I was unable to eat my meal for 15 minutes, as it was too hot. Other people in my group complained about the lamb pasta dish and mine was the beef pasta. Both meals lacked actual meat and the pasta was overcooked.

We had a wonderful time at Farina’s the food was great. The service was wonderful, and it was a really great atmosphere…. We will be back!

I always love the food everytime I come here. The staff are always lovely and I've loved everything I've had from the menu. They have a really good variety menu. Just love everything here.

We attended Farina 00 as a group of 15 and ordered the feed me menu which included 2 rounds of pasta and pizza.

The feed me menu was dissapointly underwhelming. We were left hungry and had to ask for more food, upon asking for more food they served us the same tomato pasta we ate three times. The lack of variety in the menu was a huge let down in the feed me, no entrees or desserts.

A positive is that the creamy mushroom pasta and pizza was extremely delicious and saucy. We were craving for more but sadly we're not served more.

Other downsides of the experience was that there was roughly 20-30 minutes wait inbetween each dish. This wait left our stomachs growling and ultimately feeling hangry. In addition the service was very slow, they appeared to be short 1-2 staff as table service and drinks took very long to come

Overall 3/5 stars, might be a better experience in a small group and ordering the food on the menu. However would not recommend this restaurant.

Made a dinner booking for Saturday night in the afternoon. Only to receive an email at 6pm saying our booking had been cancelled - leaving us little to zero chances of getting in elsewhere. You’d think they would give you a courtesy call. Poor form.

My boyfriend and I went here for a romantic dinner date and we were not disappointed!
The atmosphere is intimate and romantic, along with being fancy enough to feel like you’re out somewhere special, but not so fancy you feel out of place. While some of the tables are close together, there is still a feeling of privacy and intimacy.
The soft lighting, spacious area and dark walls create a warmth and coziness that feels very relaxed.
The food was phenomenal. Tasty, fresh, decent price and good portion sizes. You could taste the love and care with which it was cooked and the flavour with every bite made you want another.
The cocktails were incredible, as were the staff. Kind, attentive and very welcoming!
Friendly service, wonderful food and drinks.
Overall, I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Everything we had was just delicious - buffalo Mozzarella, broccoloni (wonderfully crunchy), divine arancini (I think I'll just have 5 of these next time), very flavourful Mushroom gigli and a yummy pizza margherita (was called something else buy this is essentially what it was). The place is no good for people with hearing issues - very loud - but cosy and tasteful. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Simply overpriced. The pasta are nothing special.

Diverse range of pre-dinner snacks, entree, mains and dessert courses. Excellent presentation, first rate service and a delicious meal. We definitely will be there again.
