Both my wife and myself were treated very efficiently and staff were fantastic. A big thanks to staff member at the reception who attended to my wife with some water due to a coughing fit. All staff are to be commended.

5 stars for the GPs. The phlebotomist leaves a lot to be desired. Very rude. Very unhappy. Not sure why she is doing that job if it makes her miserable. I've seen her several times. I'm always pleasant to her. Rude woman.

I highly recommend Dr Chris Woolley. He has helped me to turn my life around and enjoy life again. Dr Woolley is a rare breed, he listens and cares and makes sure he reads your notes prior to each appointment, following up on everything. Thank you Dr Woolley. Sharon at the reception desk is also lovely and personable.

Phone consultation. Doctor Dickinson was punctual, professional, polite and personable. Feel very confident with her care.

I attended here as a new patient. I found the staff most polite and kept me waiting as little as possible. My doctor was one of the nicest people I have met in a long time. I intend to make this my home GP and I look forward to working with this doctor in the future.

I have been looking for a decent family gp since I moved to the elizabeth/Salisbury area. Every dr. I went to seemed to either rush me out the door or not want to help me! Today I seen Dr Chris woolly here and he was outstanding. Took the time to listen to me and talk to me and ask the appropriate questions to help point me in the right direction. He was very kind and caring and patient with the children and just all in all a perfect family orientated doctor. Wont be seeing anyone else from now on. 5 stars all the way!

Great service! I was having a terrible migraine day and unable to get an appointment anywhere. The receptionist went above and beyond to find me an appointment, and the Dr was amazing. I will definitely be going back.

I was very impressed by the politeness & thoroughness of the receptionists when I enquired about becoming a patient of the practice.

It's ok for us to be sitting to wait up and over half hour but 10 min late they don't want to see you not impressed I got here as fast as I could but sometimes things hold us up

I am an existing long term client attending Elizabeth and have found during my visits that the receptionist was very rude and uncaring towards my concerns. I am appalled and unhappy by the way the female receptionist served me. It felt like she did not care about my health. What happen to the old fashion service with a loving and postive approach. This place has certainly lost their way.

I have been a patient of Doc Shirin for some years now. Not only are her professional skills outstanding but she is the most personally caring medical professional i've ever experienced. A credit to the practice.

Rang this morning rude receptionist. I understand they are busy. But I do not work in a doctor's surgery. I was asking questions regarding a Doctor's certificate the receptionist tone of voice and also saying " I am trying to speak" rudely was not a great experience.

Have been to this health clinic many times, and have always been exremely happy with the punctuality of the appointment, and the professionalism of both the clinical staff and the administration staff. This includes the patholgy service provided. I recommend this practice highly.

Receptionists here need a bloody attitude adjustment! Not impressed with the way my partner has been spoken to.
