I can’t express how caring, thorough and professional Dr. Hughes has been. It’s so difficult to find good doctors I had almost given up. I’ve also seen Dr. Lawrence who is just lovely. I’m very grateful to have discovered Dr. Hughes so thank you Elizabeth Family Health. It makes all the difference in the world to have a good doctor.

Everytime the phone would ring, I'd get manually re-put back on hold, which happened for around 20 minutes.
Why? Bad look for a doctors office.

Best practice I've been to by Far. Doctors are all really knowledgeable and thorough. All the staff are really kind and courteous. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had an appointment booked for 4 days in advance for my child. Got 4 reminder notifications via text message, filled out the forms. Got to the appointment & they said they just cancelled it. The doctor wasn’t taking new patients. So unhappy.

Great doctors, fantastic and caring service, doctors are up to date with best practice andtake time to ensure all is well.

Dr Jo Lawrence is a great doctor. Easy to talk to. Always answers our questions. Very knowledgeable. Gives advice with options.

Doctor Jaffer is always professional.friendly and helpful. I have been seeing her for the last three years and can honestly say that she is one of the best doctors that I have had.

I needed a letter from a gp to see a specialist and the only option I could use was a video appointment, which i selected. I received reminders for the appointment which I confirmed. I logged in 10 minutes early and the message was someone will be with me soon. I waited for over an hour then rang the doctors rooms even though the website said no too. I’m glad I did ring because I was advised there was no such appointment booked and there must have been a glitch in the appointment booking (someone could have got in a millisecond prior and booked in I was told - even though the appointment was confirmed and now I will need to rebook for a face to face appointment. Not happy would be an understatement!

Always professional and respectful, sometimes have to wait a while on the phone but not as long as some other services.

Nurse rashmi dont how to talk with client and staff she is so rude and said she have no fear put my your complaint in box i dont care really so rude lady

Got in 15 mins prior to my appointment, had done my consent online prior to arrival so nothing to do on the day. I was in and out before my actual appointment time, fantastic

If you, like me was or a bit hesitant and worried about the AZ shot, don't be as it's friendly and reassuring to have such nice staff there to get you through the process.
Roll in and roll up. The second shot appointment is sorted out there too, see you in 12 weeks.

Dont bother if you are looking to establish a new doctor as they are not taking any new customers. They should put this on their website to let potential new customers know. Not very good PR.

I have been going here for around three years. Excellent staff and service. Always have a smile and ready to help with anything. Keep up the great work.

Clinic is efficient and on time. Dr Woolley is a caring, knowledgeable doctor who is happy to discuss treatment options with you.

My husband Robert had his Covid 19 injection today and it was a very quick process and the Doctor and Nurse were very professional and friendly.

Everything went well. Friendly staff, very efficient in protocol, no side effects for me, so far and just very happy to receive my first dose of the vaccine.
