Ordered on Monday 6th December at 3: 30pm for delivery on Tuesday 7th December. When followed up today at 3pm, I was informed the delivery would be arriving between 4pm and 5pm, BUT DEFLINETLY BE ARRIVING BEFORE 5PM. I mentioned it needed to be there before 5pm as the business closes at 5pm. At 4: 55pm I tried to call to see where the delivery was, I was on hold for over 10 minutes. At 5: 10pm when they answered I was then informed the delivery was not far from being delivered. I informed them the company is no longer open. They then redirected the delivery to the home address. I was informed they would come directly to the home address at 5: 15pm (half an hour away from the original delivery address). At 7: 15pm STILL NO DELIVERY AND NO RESPONSE TO ANY CALLS, EMAILS OR MESSAGES. 8: 50pm STILL NO RESPONSE.

I am requesting for someone to please respond to this post or message me in regards to how you are going to fix this problem (as I can see it occurs on a regular basis). If I do not get a refund, I will be taking further action. Look forward to a response ASAP!

You didn't resolve the problem, you fixed your mistake- arriving 24 hours too late! And then being late today from what you said! Absolutely pathetic!

This is the third time ordering with this company. Their blooms are beautiful & have the surprise they make the recipient happy. My mum was surprised that she got another bloom. Thanks to the team & delivery personnel.

I ordered a donut and craft beer box for my son who is in hotel quarantine in Melbourne. It must have been good as it didn't last him long!
Online ordering was easy from SA, arrived the day it said, overall very happy customer

Tried to place an order via phone and the customer service lady (with heavy accent) was uninterested in helping me find a solution to not being able to order online. I once was a huge supporter of this business but if they can't be bothered anymore I won't bother purchasing from them. Online is great if you can order what they suggest but if you want to spend more and get what you want it seems it's not an option! Very disaapointed

I used this service to deliver a gift as it said same day delivery, I chose an item that was eligible for same day delivery but when I went to check out they said it would arrive in three days. Eventually I found an item that I could have delivered in the same day and when I placed my order they said they would send me a confirmation that it has been dispatched and tracking information. I never Received any of this and I had to ask the person that I gave the gift to if they had received it or not which was quite embarrassing because they hadn’t. I then attempted to contact edible blooms about it and I called three times each time I was on hold for over 40 minutes and ended up hanging up. I then had to send them an email and after a few hours they replied saying that it was going to be shipped at some point before 7 pm. Overall I found this service extremely difficult to use and I would not recommend it which is unfortunate considering the amazing quality of their products.

My order was delivered as requested and was a 5 star service a year ago, but my experience since has been to be bombarded with advertising. Now the advertising really hit hard, when they decided to remind me that I sent a gift last year and would I like to put a smile on this person's face again, but as it was a sympathy gift If I sent another I don't think it would put a smile on their face and it didn't put a smile on mine either.

Edit: This is the response I got to my emailed complaint, as mentioned in the reply to this review and the whole reason I decided to write a public review. ;

"We extend our sincerest apologies for this Sharon. This was not our intention at all, rather it was to show you some of our new lovely gifts and keep in contact with you. However I understand this would have been extremely distressing so I can assure you this feedback has been passed on and you will not receive any notification like this in future.

We hope you will still give us the opportunity in future to help you send beautiful gifts for specials moments and occasions. "

On receiving this reply, all I can see is although apologising, they also excused the behaviour and made it another advertising opportunity. No I do not want to take this further, I will not call you as I don't wish to be continually advertised at by you.

Amazing selections available at HQ in Adelaide! Called in at the last minute to pick up a gift for a girlfriend and the service was amazing! Always highly recommend Edible Blooms for any gift that will delight

Claimed we were on a subscription after several emails back forth requesting for bank account NOT to be charged. To only have a blunt email back not wanting to resolve this error. The card was then charged AGAIN. Will not be ordering again

Nice sweet treats and we'll presented. Ordered box for boyfriends birthday, strawberries nice and big, however thought the donuts where going to be a bit bigger concidering the price.
Overall, good service just a little expensive:)
