Just what I needed! Made me feel so much better! Already started eating it before I took the photo.

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Sent a Poinsettia bouquet to my mother-in-law who had just had heart surgery and it perked her up to no end. She had a lovely surprise upon her return home from hospital. Staff were extremely responsive when I had to change the delivery address due to her hospital admission and couldn’t help enough. Highly recommended!

I ordered a Cheese and Strawberry Gift Box for a relative recovering from an operation. The ordering process was simple, and the gift box was delivered on time. The recipient loved it, saying "the strawberries covered in chocolate were to die for - I don't think I have ever tasted anything so nice".

I had an edible bloom sent to me as a gift when my dad passed away. This edible bloom put the smile on my face after days of heartache. It was presented so beautifully. Lots of cakes and chocolates on sticks as well as chocolate covered strawberries on sticks. Yum they taste so good. They almost look to good to eat. It came so beautifully presented wrapped in celephane and carefully packed in a beautiful box. I would recommend Edible Blooms to anyone looking to surprise some one as a gift or even as a pick me up. This bloom sure helped me to smile x

Terrible experience purchasing recently - had an issues with transacion and ened up paying 3 times for the same order. Since then I have had to spend hours on the phone with the bank and edible blooms and still no closer to getting my funds released.

I have been passed around, promised call backs which never came, and ignored.

All I am asking is that they reverse the two additional transactions so that I don't have to wait 14 days to receive my money back though the bank. Incredibly frustrating

In response to the owners reply below: I have been told by my bank that this is not the case - as the funds have been approved by the bank, regardless of whether that approval was received by the merchant the merchant can always do a reverse authority thereby releasing the hold on the funds within 1 hour.

Upon requesting that the edible blooms initiate the reverse authority I have been told that they would only do so with written permission from my bank. This is ridiculous for 2 reasons, 1.why would the bank be the ones giving the authority to release the customers money and 2.why should edible blooms need permission from the purchasers bank to refund duplicate payments for an order that's already been paid for?

Contrary to the owner's reply I have been advised the hold will take 10-14 days for the bank to release.

Just to be clear I am not asking edible blooms to refund any money they they haven't received, I am asking them to initiate a reverse authority on their two payment requests which is holding my funds.

Update: despite the owners assurance below that I could expect the funds to be back in my account today, they are not.

My last order actually had to be cancelled due to delivery issues because of the destination, however the staff were very kind, informative and helpful.
I have used this business multiple times, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After searching the internet for a different type of gift hamper to send, I chose Edible Blooms. Well priced, colourful and just different to the run-of-the-mill gift hamper!

Reply: I was on your “same day delivery page” so it was then your websites fault, I was to believe it was same day.
Yes, she had to leave work TWICE. Plus while she was there they said they could of delivered it and didn’t.

A smooth process from ordering online to the delivery. We ordered the money tree and chocolate package and was told that it looks great and the chocolates were delicious.

I WANT A REFUND!

Absolutely appalling service, the website crashes on you, the do not deliver within a suitable time fame even within 20 minsdelivery range from the actual shop, left out in the hot weather, not in a safe place at all, where bugs, animals can eat it and even neighbours can steal it! Not to mention the "cold pack" was warmer than outside the box. I had specific instructions to be delivered at a reasonable and achievable time period and they still couldnt deliver on time! I am beyond disgusted with this site, 3rd time this has happened with this company. Do not use!
