E b l. Staff. Don't return calls or emails 0R.when they do.
It's all about client saftey.they can't and won't get involved with family issues OR the stress it causes? TO A FAMILY. COULD BE easily. AVOIDED. BUT. WHEN. ADVISED HOW TO BETTER DEAL WITH A CLIENTS SITUATION That could be adverted. With out bursts.

THAT could better enhanced the communication between client and workers.
. ARE IGNORED.
THEY NO BETTER
THEY DONT LISTEN TO HIM. GETS FRUSTRATED EASY. AND OUT BURSTS ARE NOW GOING TO BE MORE FREQUENT.ps. Im Only his step father. RAISED AND SUPPORTED HIM MOST of HIS LIFE. AND THE MASSIVE OUTBURSTS. (YOU HAVE NO IDEAR).
Ps. BUT WOULD I KNOW? NOTHING.protocol.is a must. Right.plus duty of care. GOOD LUCK DEALING WITH IT. I'm done

Have been working for EBL for 5 years now and absolutely love this company. Amazing support for staff and always put the people we care for first. Have recommended this workplace to friends and family.

This is a amazing Organisation that treat there clients with highly respect and l would recommend this agency with anyone that has a disability child, they understand on each Individuals and all treated fairly the support workers are highly trained and do a amazing job my son absolutely loves this agency and is treated well and respected thankyou to all the amazing staff at EBL especially the manger Lillian she is so understanding and does a wonderful job and is very dedicated to all her clients thankyou for your amazing work.

I have been using the services of EBL for my son for 10 years. When I met with them for the very first time I was very clear with them what my expectations were of them. I made it very clear that I wanted transparency, honest and open communication and that I have no issues in letting them know that if I am ever unhappy about something that I will not shy away from informing them. They knew from day one what I expected from them as an organisation and they have never let me down. They are absolutely amazing with my son and he is treated with the utmost respect at all times as am I. EBL are very choosy with the staff that they employ directly and I always make the effort to build an amazing relationship with all staff that are involved in my sons care. I appreciate ALL of these people and they are told frequently by me how appreciated they are. They do an amazing job and are one of the most committed organisations you will come across in the Disability Sector. I transferred my son out of an horrendous organisation into the loving care of this amazing organisation and he and I couldn’t be happier. Thankyou EBL from the bottom of my heart. Keep up the amazing work that you all do. You are all amazing human beings.

I have reviewed this company before. As an ex staff member I can say that this company looks after their clients very well. I had worked for them as a support worker and as a house manager for quite a few years. I was greatly supported. I only left the organisation because I wanted to work as a registered nurse. The management including the CEO is very approachable. They rarely get into overpromising and under-delivering. I think some people need to understand that there are a lot of obligations, not only from NDIS but also from SafeWork SA and other agencies that disability service providers have to abide by. The staff/management are not miracle workers.

I love EBL for the following reasons:
The organisation is client focused. They are always looking for ways to improve their support, care and safety of clients. Staff are continually trained, equipped and supported to provide professional support to amiable clients.
I also love EBL because, as far as disability support services are concerned, they are a First Choice Disability Support Service Provider. They have auditable process and systems. They provide enabled better lifestyles for participants.
As a staff, I have enjoyed meeting great and beautiful clients. Wonderful clients and families. Simple gesture like, “thanks for braiding my hair”, just melt my heart. A client told another carer. She was not expecting a thank you actually. But it was nice.
The management is accessible to both clients and staff. I love this organisation.

Hi have worked for EBL for 8 years and have been a support worker for 14 years.
6 of these years I have happily been employed as a SIL house manager supporting the most amazing clients.
I have worked with a few other disability organizations that shouldn't even still be in business as their care wasn't even close to what EBL provide.
When I started with EBL it was instantly a relief to of finally found an organization that truly care.

Many of these people have never personally used our service themselves. For those who don't know us, we are a proud carer-led organisation employing the most wonderful staff. We have been supporting people with Autism and developmental disability for over 40 years. To those caring and dedicated staff working with us today, thank you for your commitment and genuine care for people who don't always have voice. Please be reassured that we value your amazing contribution)

If it was possible to give minus stars I would!
Up until mid July 2020 I was more than happy with services at EBL.then came the change in management of the different areas. What my Family has been put through by this organisation is absolutely unbelievable. The manipulation of a vulnerable client & the system for monetary gain via the NDIS is unconscionable! Please, please don’t send your vulnerable Family to them. Find an organisation that really cares for them.

This review won’t affect their rating at all. They will simply get more staff members or board members to come on here & give them 5 stars, hell, even the CEO has done it!

I joined ebl recently. Its a very nice place to work. Staff are caring & treat you as a family member. Ebl is always client focus. Try their best to work around with client's needs. A good place to work with.

Should be able to give zero stars! We have a special person & her Family in our lives who have been put through the wringer by this company undeservedly so. I am so appalled by the treatment they have received by an organisation that is supposed to care for those vulnerable people in our society!
Do not let them anywhere near your loved ones!

My son uses EBL for awhile now and loves where he goes and what he does there as well. It gives us all the break we all need and deserve so thankyou and still will continue to use the services as well

My daughter has been using EBL Disability Service for well over
15 years, I can't share enough about this service. Flexible to suit both participant and family. Work around you. Can't do enough to make sure my daughter's stay is successful every time.
Went out of there way to support my daughter in getting a wonderful NDIS plan to be able to access all services. Able to provide support at short notice,
Continue to grow in being one of the strongest support services in respite / short term accomadation.
Big shout out to staff for your dedication and support with our daughter.
Daughter stayed the weekend one happy girl. Two very happy parents.

EBL disabilty services provides a wonderful support with their programs and accommadation. The house managers and support staff that I have dealt with have always been professional and kind. They are very dedicated to their clients and my daughter loves her time when she is there. They have been wonderful at helping her to try and fulfill her NDIS goals. I would highly recommennd them. Thank you all for everything you do.

My son has been using EBLDS services for about 20 years some years the service left a lot to be desired but over the last 8 years the improvement in care and growth has been beyond amazing thanks mainly to the influence of the CEO she cares about the well being of the clientand their families and the staff she shows appreciation for a job well done but also is not afraid to change staff if they don't fit the bill I also use the service of plan and service delivery for my son NDIS funding and cant fault the staff in this department with out their help I know I my son would not have had all the help he now has I highly recommend EBLS to any one wanting excellent service and care for life in accommodation long trem or short stay a big thankyou to shortstay staff for the care you give thank you
