Great business. On my third weekend of landscaping my backyard and the lads at Hollards have been more then helpful. Good pricing and affordable delivery.

A decent selection of landscaping products and staff are mostly very helpful (a few can be grumpy). A lack of scales on their bobcat means trailers have to be weighted coming in and then again coming out. Only one weighbridge so can be very slow/frustrating wait. Prices are comparable but not great.
Poor customer service - rude, unhelpful and condescending. Would not recommend, very disappointing.
Rang asking if they had wood in stock and was told by Luke there were small mallee roots available. So we hitched up the trailer and drive 20km to Hollards but, upon arrival, were told that there was actually no available but "don't worry, a truck with wood is coming in 10 minutes". After 65 minutes and a couple of apologies - including "Sorry about giving the wrong info, Luke was confused" - we gave and headdd home. Just a footnote, two weeks we also rang and were told there was wood but turned up to see a small pile of large mallee roots and had to wait 40 minutes while an employee used a splitter to make them smaller. Someone at Hollards needs to take charge and get organised.
