Customer service is really bad. They should train their floor staff because the young girl at front counter has zero etiquettes. She never greet the customer and every time she just behave like she don’t care about the customers. Even they don’t provide cutlery and main course plates. I am shocked why owner never noticed these things. There are a lot of people who commented on same issue. If you want to grow your business you should think about this.

They do differentiate and stated that it is not available today when we ordered something and in next few moments they served it to someone else.

This place is a vegan heaven! If you love Indian food, soya chaap, street food and all the lovely Indian delicacies, this is the place to go!

I tried the vegan Punjabi Thali and cannot say enough about how amazing it was! Definitely try the soya chaap in curry or sizzler form and the Thali!

The wait for the food is worth every bite! So have patience while they prepare the food. Moreover, we went on a Saturday night so was busier.

Uttapam was not cooked well. I'm posting this while waiting since 1 hour whilst people came after me are getting served in front of me and decided to go elsewhere.

Honest disappointment
To start with- pls don't put Dosa in front of your name when you can't do justice to it. Below average food, service and ambience, no wonder the place was empty on a Friday evening. Not value for money
Indo Chinese however is good, won't take that away from them

If there is option of negative five (-5*) star rating, I would give it.worst customer service ever, we waited for 1 hour after order the food and finally we cancelled it. They don’t serve half of the dishes in dhosa. Never never never recommend this restaurant.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. This is the worst place I have ever been. The reason I am so frustrated to give this review is not because of any one reason but multiple.
1. Waiting for 1 hour after booking in advance does not guarantee any food provision.
2. After waiting for 1 hour, only 2 food items arrived without any cutlery. When asked, the serving staff got annoyed.
3. People who came half an hour after us got served.
4. Food was grossly undercooked which made me sick. Couldn’t eat more than one bite.
5. After 1 hour 15 mins, when asked staff about time for remaining food. The staff asked kitchen staff to start preparing
6. We booked table for 9 people and they gave us a table which could accommodate 6 people comfortably and 7 people at the max with people cramped like in 4 people sitting in 2 people seats.

Food quality: 1/10 (literally worries about getting food poising)

Food was ok, but waiting time for food arrival after ordering was disgusting, an hour wait on table before we had our food. Not accept at all. It was Sunday and not only us, other people had same issue. Will never go there atleast on sunday.

Poor taste, slow service, highly expensive. Sambhar had no flavour at all. Contrary to what its name suggests it's an average north Indian restaurant. Perhaps the same chef who makes north Indian is making south Indian too.

Gave wrong food and even didn’t said sorry for that.

Personal recommendation and special request to Adelaide folks please don’t waste your money and time.

Suggestion for owner - Instead of spending money on decorations, hire professional staff and improve quality.

No experience of customer service and really very very long waiting period

Good food quality, taste and hygiene. Staff is also courteous. Best place for pure vegeterian restaurant in Adelaide. Menu is really diverse and one can find popular styles of indian veg food with Jain preparation option as well. They can probably improve the serving size and bit of table preparations similar to the Indian ones.

Please give right committment and improve customer services.

Taste is good but prices are over rated. Quantity compared to price is 1: 10 ratio. Ordered paneer Manchurian $15.90 and fried rice $15.90 - turns out a small plate of fried rice and a bowl of manchurian
Too expensive. Could have eaten the same for half the price.

The food is so delicious (I've tried four different dishes) and the service is great. The staff made sure my order was perfect and were super friendly. All around I had a great experience and I'm definitely going to order again!

Tasteless and costly food. Masala dosa was ok but Paneer Chilly dry tastes so bad, paneer was so dry, hard to cut with knife. We couldn't eat it and I had to cook food at home. Prices are different from website. I wasted my money. I will never order again.

I don’t understand why Indian people hate each other.appreciate that you get authentic Indian food in Australia. Loved the food. Would recommend it.

Worst restaurant in adelaide.food was too spicy and when we asked their staff why is so spicy they said “ THIS IS WHAT IT IS”.

Customer Service was very bad. We came in and no one asked for water, I had to go to counter myself asking for Menu and water. The food used to be excellent, it was very bad this time, rather worse.

I don’t even want to rate this place it is that bad.
Absolutely worst customer service you could ever have nobody came to attend us. No menus or water for literally the first 10 min we were sitting down. We had to call the waiters our self and they didn’t even bother greeting us and just left the water and went rudely. The food is most disgusting and unappetising ever, it is absolutely waist of money. This was my last time eating here.
