Domino's Pizza St Peters

I ordered 2 spicy peppy paneer pizzas. It taste horrible.was cold, burnt and salty. I can honestly say it’s the worst pizza I ever had. After calling the store.no apology or sense of customer service. Terribly managed. If I could give less than 1star I would.

Absolute horrible shop with horrible staff I don’t recommend anyone goes anywhere near this place! One very special staff member named lucky isn’t that ironic manage to stuff up $120 order meanwhile an hour later we are left to cool out where our food is with screaming kids. Please don’t support these idiots

Played 70 dollars for 3 pizzas delivered at my door step they delivered it at a different house I rang and said they said they won't refund me I tried calling them back and the simply ignored my calls. Terrible service please don't go here they lack good quality 1 star

This is my honest review about this store as I worked here for almost a year. It was so poorly managed that I was willing to quit every single day I worked here. And I did quit the job as soon as I was offered another. No one but I will tell you the following things that I am about to tell you guys.

-First of all, these guys don't even follow the Domino's policies properly.
-The pizza making staff is ordered to put less cheese than recommend by Domino's in all of the pizzas so that they can make profit out of it. They even put less ingredients which are a little expensive than veggies, like chicken or seafood.
-The condition of the store is unhygienic. Even if the utensils used for making pizzas are dropped on the floor, they just pick it up and pretend it just didn't happen at all. They only clean the store properly before an upcoming inspection.
-The management is the worst I have ever seen. During busy times, instead of putting more staff (especially delivery drivers) on the roster, they just try to adjust with minimal staff, and as a result, most of the deliveries get delayed.
-The newly recruited staff are not provided any kind of training prior to their commencement apart from the online quiz, which is useless. And hence they often make mistakes.
-The customer service of this store is undoubtedly one of the worst I have ever seen.
-The delivery drivers are not even paid according to the policies of Domino's. Sometimes, the managers ask the drivers to work on cash during public holidays. The delivery drivers just get $1 per delivery apart from the base pay, but the policies state that the drivers should get paid according to kms if they are using their personal vehicles.

I would advice you guys to avoid ordering from this store. I am planning to put a formal complaint if possible, even if its a little late. Thank you for reading.

Just called Nailsworth Domino’s, told they don’t deliver to Walkerville though it is the closest store. Called St Peter’s Domino’s, after politely declining their wait time of over an hour, was hung up on while mid sentence.
Both stores would benefit from up-skilling their phone communication and manners.

Friendly and kind staff, thank you for the fresh and hot dinner in a rainy night! Cheesy crust is really awesome! Ordered pick-up at 7: 30 and it was ready exactly on time. I was 1x minutes late but food was still hot

Not impressed at all with this Domino's.
Got there with a special "this day only" voucher and ordered 2 large value pizzas, "ready in 10min". Got them after 20min and they were mini? !? ! (Smaller than my hand)
Not familiar with Domino's so I asked what size was what I got and after speaking with the manager, he realised the guy who took the order made a gross mistake. Despite his acknowledgement, he was very stubborn and wanted to give me only 1 large pizza to fix. After politely expressing my perplexity about his decision he cut me short and agreed on giving me the 2 large pizzas I formerly ordered (what I paid for, thanks) and after 30 more min I finally got them!
Unfortunately though, they were a size in between mini and large so I really think there's a need to change management culture here. Especially after having witnessed the manager harassing and abusing a delivery guy whos only fault was not understanding a foreign language spoken instead of English.
Wondering whether Domino's cares even just a tiny bit about its reputation.if so it should step in and do something because I came to realise this is not an isolated event.

The worst pizza I have ever had it was stuck to the box, the meat lovers ingredients were literally thrown on there and there was no BBQ sauce. My childcare lava cake had not chocolate sauce on it. So disappointed this use to be one of the best dominoes in Adelaide

I am sorry to inform that this has been a terrible experience first time ever with Dominos to receive something like this burnt that it is beyond edible. I am highly disappointed in the company’s administration for its quality and services. Would not recommend ever!

Pizza came through wrong and was told that my pizzas would be made again, this never happened. I will be sure to never reccommend this store and will consider supporting private pizza bar instead.

Litteraly changed my order to suit them. I ordered the $19.95 (coupon deal) Large pizza (supreme), bread and drink PLUS a small ham cheese and pineapple. All that was delivered was 1 large Ham cheese and pineapple no Supreme and the delivery guys didn't want to know about it.

Worst attitude Ever, block the driveway of the parking lot just because they need park their delivery car there, ask them to move so we can get out but they refused to do so. I don’t think people like this can make any good food by any chance.

Shocking.half didn’t have cheese and the pepperonis were all over the box. Don’t go here. They don’t know how to make a basic pizza.

Worst pizzas ever from this dominos. I ordered two pizzas from this dominos. One is so chew and other one is overcooked and burnt. Not even eatable. Throw in the bin. Even I called2- 3 times in dominos no one respond. Worst experience

Pizza's made by Italians. Friendly efficient service. Easy car parking on side street to Paynham Rd.

This store gets orders wrong so frequently. Despite past orders being incorrect we decided to give it one more try tonight. Our pizza arrived completely wrong. After almost another hour the remade pizza arrived, ALSO WRONG and with next to no toppings at all. We didn't have a complicated order. Twice in one night! I called the store to leave feedback and was met with staff who seemed they couldn't care less. $50 for dinner to arrive completely incorrect twice, and an hour late. What a waste of money. Never received correct pizza.

Always had good customer service with pick up. Delivery has been slow but gave me a free pizza as compensation.
