Domino's Pizza St Peters

Me and my partner ordered peppy paneer pizza today (SUNDAY). Pizza was full of peri peri sauce only. 2-3 pieces of paneer. Never come back. Staff need some training.

Everytime in this store something wrong
This time they give us full packet of perry perry sauce in our two pizzas
No other ingredients
Only perry perry sauce

The guy operating the store tonight was too slow and sloppy, and the music was too loud so he couldn't hear my name, not who I would trust for food orders. There was a woman doing it a few weeks ago on the Sat night shift, who was more efficient and friendlier. I've sometimes come to this store over the years, depending who's operating it or not at the time, ie.efficiently or not. I also won't come here anymore if I can't pay in cash, which is still handy sometimes.

Had an order arrive over 2 hours late due to unforeseen circumstances. The manager on duty was amazing and offered me a free order the next time I came in. The store honoured that offer and were fantastic about it. Thank you.

It was very nice, friendly customer service on my visit last night. Food was up to standards.
I will return. Keep up the great work.

Called to find out where my order was, told it had been delivered over an hour ago. No offer to rectify the fact that they had left the order on my doorstep without notice: pizza completely cold.

This place is usually at a high standard in terms of quality of food. However, ordered the new Triple Choc Brownie tonight and was atrocious; was burnt to a crisp and hard as a rock. Was looking forward to this but disappointed to a large extent. Please improve in the future.

Extremely rude, unreliable and don't even bother to cut their pizzas all the way through.

I went through the complaints process which is also a complete waste of time, did not get a response to my last response and all they do is try to through a little voucher at you.

I'm never ordering from this store again! Not only were we waiting over an hour and a half but were given cold pizza's, flat garlic bread and a warm drink. This store then had the audacity to not only speak to us rudely over the phone but to hang up on us too. Nice work dominos

I was put on hold several times, the person who answered the phone didn't speak English well, didn't understand me, even though I spoke loudly and clearly, entered the wrong address because they were confused. Bad customer service.

Really good service I ever had eating in Domino's outlet. Try Indi Chicken Tikka Chicken, I liked it!

The only reason I keep off one star is that they don't have a sitting chair.

Domino’s workers parking there vehicles like that and very hard to get out.

I 100% give up on this place that i until NOW would Order from regulary, last week i submitted an order, when it came one of the pizzas was wrong so i rang up & waited for replacement once again it was wrong, i rang up again & said they would send another then 10 mins later asked to give me a store credit, to make it easier on the store i said that would be okay
Last night i rang up hoping to get the pizza ive previously asked for TWICE already i even got them to read it back to me the exact pizza i asked for.
After 45 mins later the pizza was delivered & as i opened the lid i could not believe my eyes it was WRONG AGAIN so as to this I GIVE UP!
I will never order from this store EVER AGAIN!

I went for a long walk 1 hour+ just to grab a pizza, when I got there I bought the value max pepperoni pizza large & it was one of the most greasy disgusting things I had ever had; I fuel myself entirely on that garbage so I ended up walking back home eating a few pieces, giving one to a mate & went to bed with the box on the floor, wasted the pizza & I'm never buying from dominos again; it'll be expensive pizza places from now on.

The staff were fine, to my knowledge they didn't stuff it up & their only doing their job, other people on reviews complain about them but their just a young staff getting it done, I had a few good conversations & I was out in 10 minutes.

Really I dont like domino's pizza as I did once b4 my son had the burger one.which the cost of a large.which to me was a medium size.costing $20.70 that's very high in a pizza and I order a Garlic Prawn pizza oh my god it was horrible the taste was nothing like I imagined that awful white sauce it was sweet "THERE WAS NO GARLIC IN THE PIZZA AT ALL THAT WAS BINNED "well me never again to say the truth your pizzas are an insult to the Italians an me should go and learn from the real pizza that are made in the country of the birth of PIZZA LONG LIVE ITALY

Been coming here since it opened. Make sure you take advantage f the vouchers as Ingredients often don’t reach the edge, not worth paying full price for but cheap snacks.

And the guy I'm not sure he is a manager or not
Indian coz he was talking different language with one of his staff she was so panicking (pour girl)
Was screaming, shouting and yelling alot at the staff and to be honest he was so Loud and annoying I couldn't wait to leave the shop and never come again
Wondering if he has the right to treat people staff like that!
Whilst domino's is well know franchise and never seen people treated like that before

Driver forgot the Pepsi, would have been easier to not return as it’s just a bottle but he did come back with it, food was decent as well.

Tracked the driver who I saw turn around and drive back towards the store after not calling me when he arrived nor deliver to my rear gate.
Got put on hold multiple times and eventually after 45 minutes I get told they are making new ones. I still don't know at this point what exactly happened.
No offer of extras or refund for my troubles. Meanwhile I will have been waiting for over an hour because some incomplete person can not clearly see a massive number on my fence nor can be bothered following two very simple instructions.
Last time I will use this store.

I was very hungry at that movement since I haven't got time to have my breakfast and lunch. I went into this Domino's. I just ordered a extra large pizza. And I was supposed to wait for 15 minutes. When I went back they asked me to wait 10 more minutes. But actually I had to wait 15 minutes more. If they told me the actual prep time when I was ordering, I might have chance go somewhere else. This is really disgusting.
