It's shame both Munno Para and Munno Para west stores are owned by the same mob, your basically getting the same garbage,
Been there most nights they been open and have not had a problem, though I will say once one of them didn't cut the pizza properly but it's never been burnt and honestly I can't see why anybody would say not to go here as I've not had a problem, honestly I'd rate this any day.
We went there a week ago on Sunday, completly messed our order up, we asked for pepporoni pizza with bbq sauce on the top COOKED and they took 1 hour and we asked AND THEY DIDNT EVEN MAKE OUR PIZZAS YET. So we got another 3 Pizzas for free about 30 minutes ago and they charged us for bbq sauce. We got home and opened our pizza and only 2 had bbq sauce and one didn't. Plus the 2 Pizzas were COVERED with it. NOT EVEN COOKED. Never going back here. Worth driving extra 5-10 minutes to Munno para unless you want your order stuffed up or take over 1 hour. Didn't even finish my pizza only ate 3 pieces beacuse it makes me feel SICK. This store must be took down, recommend going to Munno para even though it's a messy joint. They have way much better experience then this new one on Curtis road.
Store started off well when they first opened then quickly went downhill.deliveries always late and cold, when I call up I'm just told that they're 'busy'. Not good enough, would not recommend to anyone
Ordered 3 pizzas tonight for my daughter's birthday. The simply cheese was burnt and the kids couldn't eat it. Loaded pepperoni was far from loaded, wasn't even 10 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza, some slices didn't even have a piece of pepperoni on them. The bbq bacon cheeseburger was burnt and just under a quarter of the whole pizza didn't even have any topping, just sauce and burnt cheese, plus I paid for extra for cheesy crust and didn't get it. Daughter's birthday dinner is now ruined.
Misses had drove up in her wrx and waited in the carpark tonight before our pizza was ready, one of the workers rocked up next to her and opened his car door into her car not once but 4 times once on the way in ad 3 more times on the way out. Not impressed sort out the nerve of your workers ZERO Customer service from this mob on Curtis Rd.
