Domino's Pizza Munno Para West

Very bad experience, we order 3 kind of different pizza’s, cheeze not melt, raw veggies and worst taste, very slow services, plz don’t order from here, we waste $40 here. My kids didn’t liked.

I ORDERED 3 LARGE PIZZA DEALS FOR $39 FROM VEGORAMA CLASSIFICATION. THEY JUST GAVE US ALL THE 3 PIZZAS JUST WITH ONION AND TAMATO. NO CAPSICUM. NO OLIVES. NO PINEAPPLE. IT WAS BADLY BAKED. I REALIZED THAT I HAVE LOST MY MONEY AND VALUE. I WANT TO PUBLISH THIS IN NEWSPAPER.

Ordered online to be paid for on pickup at 10: 20pm. Food never arrived, never received call, store had turned there phones off by 10: 45 so could not call to ask

Been there most nights they been open and have not had a problem, though I will say once one of them didn't cut the pizza properly but it's never been burnt and honestly I can't see why anybody would say not to go here as I've not had a problem, honestly I'd rate this any day.

I now refuse to go to this place, I've also now reduced my rating from 5 stars to now 3.

My mistake when ordering a BBQ meat lovers was paying an extra $3 for classic crust. Again my mistake

the second issue is the guy trying to gas light me on the phone by telling me this isn't a tomato base it's a BBQ base. EDIT Its half tomato and half bbq

Very poor service over an hour and still waiting the store is only less than 5 minutes away once they got your money it's to bad.finally got it 1 hour 20 minutes later and guess what it's not hot will not be ordering from here again

Tried to be friendly to staff but they don't even bother to speak to me? Then the pizza was cooked/warmed in about 3 minutes. Looked worse than a uncooked ahh mcain pizza from woolies. Fooled me once guys, you got my money but never again.

We were ignored for 5 minutes. 3 team members looked at us but kept working until one finally came to serve us. We preordained and were collecting. The pizzas were great.

Very disappointing- 2 pizza plus garlic bread advertised as a good price however paid $57.50 delivered.
Pizzas were cold.
Cheesy Crusty meat lovers was tasteless and unable to eat.
GF and DF pizza was okay but cold and not identified on box that it was GF option.
Too costly, cold and not value for money. Disappointed ️

Ordered 3 pizzas for a new years get together, only received 2. Called them to complain and hope for a new pizza to be delivered but was only offered free delivery for my next order (which isn't happening). Only for the two pizzas we got, gave us food poisoning.

I had a few issues before but this is the final straw. Not worth the $50+ spend.

Went to pick up pizzas.just as well. Tried to give me the wrong orders. Told them they weren't what I ordered.they told me they must be because my name was on order. Don't care, not what I ordered.

Waited nearly two hours for what ended up being soggy pizzas which were apparently "fresh out of the oven". Had to call twice for them to even deliver it. Also I don't think I've ever had a properly cut pizza from here, an infant could do a better job.

What a disgrace, hardly any topping and rude staff! Never again What a absolute joke! Lift your game domino's, if I could give no stars I would, aint even worth 1 star!

Ordered online, tracking stopped for ages and delivery arrived late.
Pizza had been dropped and placed back in the box. Box was then covered in sauce finger prints from delivery persons hands.

Called for a refund to be told it was not possible.

This place is a joke. Watching my wife in labour for 13hrs was a far more enjoyable experience than getting 3 pizzas delivered.
Come to think of it, if my child came out still born it would still be better.

1 star is being very generous, unfortunatly I cant pick 0 stars. Never again will i waste my time ordering here

I think Domino's has certainly improved on their pizza's, from many years ago! Now absolutely delicious! Try this place out!

Food was okay, there was a good amount of toppings and the flavour was okay, but the burnt always overcomes the flavour and toppings and makes it worse.

Never had much issues, always barely any toppings but thats standard for dominos but other night had two pizzas both with human hair in them disgusting

Can I have that star back please? I went in tonight to pick up a pizza which I rang up and ordered. We were told a different price, pizza was uncooked, staff were rude and didn't seem like they wanted to be there.

0 stars is being polite. Franchisee owner doesn't know how to deal with rectifying mistakes or even speaking politely.

Needs to check his attitude before someone does it for him.
