Domino's Pizza Ingle Farm reviews
53 I picked up last weekend. The pizza base was not cool properly and looks like it was just warmed in oven for few seconds only!
I will never visit or order in future!
Shocking customer service. We ordered online, the ordering app said the pizza was ready. When I walked in they said it is a minute or two away, so I patiently waited. I saw them put what appeared to be my order in boxes and then place it in the keep warm area. I sat there waiting and waiting, the guy that I had spoken to initially when I came in was just wandering around, occasionally making a pizza, not doing much at all. After around 12 minutes I'd had enough and pointed at my boxes saying that I think that's mine and that I've been waiting a long time despite them saying it's another minute only - the response I got back? "Well it's still hot", like it doesn't matter that I had to sit there and wait for nothing. I'll also add that the cheesy garlic bread is ALWAYS burnt on the bottom at this store.
Great pizza with great service from manager
We ordered 4 pizza and 3 with chili flacks and 1 without chili flacks after picked up at home we realized that all with chili flacks. Called to them and manager delivered same pizza without chili flacks in just 12 min great service
Ordered here twice. Both times got loaded pizzas even when ordering on tuesday with the 2-4-1 deal.
Ordered 2 pizza. Paid extra for toppings. Minused the beef and added chicken instead. Went home n when time to eat saw that the beef topping was not removed but chicken was added. Had to throw the pizza as we don't eat beef. The other had more plain bread then toppings.even taste was not good. Topping put very sparingly. Would not recommend. Check before you leave the place.
Not impressed I seen 2 worker racing this car park at 615 last night was still busy with shoppers not good I see it again I'll report
I have been ordering pizzas from this store from last 3 years. 8 out of 10 pizza are well cooked. They are lacking bit of consistency there. But i had ordered 2 regular and 1 xl pizza on Tuesday 22/1/2018 around 9: 15 pm and they were amazing. Toppings were generous and were fresh.
The return policy here is stupid. They mixed up my order but would only remake the stuff up, never mind the fact I've driven back to the store and now have a second cold pizza. But then they would refund the whole order, how does that make sense? Then they don't know how to receipt a PayPal refund? Took the cash refund went to Modbury. Just go to Modbury they will get your order right and last time I had a mix up they delivered the pizza and took responsibility for their mistakes.
This store is very spiteful and purposefully hide non-vegan (pepperoni, cheese) toppings in in the vegan pizzas it’s actually disgusting. You’re better off going elsewhere:)
I don't understand how this place manages to screw up our order almost every time! Is it really that hard to make a pizza the way we ask? !
No friendly staff.
I order two pizza for $26.95
But there was offer for two pizza with drink and garlic bred for $25. But they didn’t tell is about this offer.
Also pizza was over salted
The first few weeks of the store opening, the pizzas were great. Soon after, toppings started disappearing in true dominos style. I paid $11.90 (Only $1 cheaper than a real pizza store) for a meat lovers that had 2 slices that had only sauce. Other slices weren't much better. I showed the manager and he started counting the meat pieces in front of me in which time, he came to the conclusion it was a few pieces short. Wow Einstein! It was a $6 pizza at best. He gave me a small box of chicken balls to make me go away but it didn't stop this one star review.
