Domino's Pizza Ingle Farm

Disgusting.dont where gloves unless ya standing there watching.man putting through pizza dough machine to flatten it had 1 glove on left had an only used right hand with no glove on it to push the pizza dough into tray yuck then picks up his phone with same had to talk on it he did that 3 times while I was there never washed his hands an went on pushing pizza into trays & another time my friend went nobody was using gloves an when the pizzas came out of the oven the man was picking up the topping an moving it around so it looked better Really I'm definitely not going bac an it tasted like CARDBOARD

Wasted 10 mins of mine. While placing order asked me for excuse 2 times. After taking order asked me to place order with Modbury as their system did not pick up my address. FYI - the routing to ingle farm was done when i dilalled 13188. Cant they just ask address first to save time?

Absolutely Terrible place to order pizza.ordered perri perri pizza.found no chicken on it.called back, was promised free pizza on next order, called to order free pizza.person over the phone advised no notes left by the previous person so unfortunately can't offer free pizza, absolutely joke.horrible customer service. Not sure what's happened but their pizzas have improved alot. I regularly order the loaded pepperoni. Before some pieces lucky to get a couple of bits of pepperoni. Now, it's covered, as it should be. Also get a nice amount of sauce. And the thick crust is actually thick.
For the price and the speed, can't go wrong at the moment.
And apologise to the staff. I think they are annoying to make but I love the thick shakes.

Unbelievable ordered a pizza etc at 5pm 6.30 still no delivery. Very unacceptable only gave 1 star because I had to. Rang them as well they haven't even started to make it. I cancelled my order and just hung up the phone. Lift your game Dominos your not the only pizza place out there

This place is a disgrace, ordered at 6: 20 and expected delivery at 6: 40pm, 3 phone calls later and being lied to about it being on its way the manager then advised they tried to deliver but no one was home. A flat out lie, and its a no contact delivery so regardless the order shoudl have been delivered. Then advised it would be another 25 mins to remake the order. I cancelled the order and was told it will take them 2 days to refund. Terrible service in all areas, I will never use this place again.

Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the guy at the end of the oven waiting for my pizzas with his finger knuckle deep in his nostril. Had to tell the manager to get this guy to wash his hands. Won't ever eat at Dominoes again.

Very dissapointed. Normally good delivery times and pizza, but after 20min late after the driver was tracked around the corner from my house on 2 occasions within that time and they went north and south of address. Called the store and they said there is an issue with the tracker and that's the only driver on tonight, the store is 2 streets away then the tracker was disconnected. I understand the pressure, but it makes no sense to go further out multiple times when they are so close. 36 min later the pizza has arrived, not what was ordered and very under cooked. Called the store, won't do a refund and said they don't make the pizza we ordered anymore. Offer to make another, after waiting this long, didn't want to wait again so just hung up. Just won't order dominos again. Bad service and pizza.

Consistanly poor quality. Avoid this place, don't let the positive indian comment persuade you otherwise. This is a sub-par domino's.

Pizzas were dry and over done, chips undercooked and thrown in the box with no care not worth the money

Pizzas are tasty with a good amount of topping. Staff are efficient, know what they're doing. I appreciate the consistency - you know what to expect, no surprises.

Last two times i've ordered from here pizza has came literally at least 30-45 minutes late from what was designated. Their tracking doesnt work and best part is that the place is less than 5 minutes away.

It happened twice, that I ordered a pizza + sides around 10: 15 PM, it was confirmed, and money was payed. Then I received a call from store staff after 15 minutes to cancel my whole order because they do not have enough ingredients i.e cheese to make my order. Previously they said their store is closed at 10 PM, although it was still open on their website and on shop site until 11 PM. It is so inconvenient on staff’s part, they are cancelling orders by themselves and stating “the website doesn’t show correct opening hours”. Very bad store service in whole, would not recommend it to anyone.

This second time this week the ordered was horrible the cheese pizza was not really cooked plus they didn't do the extra changes give us different items like I ordered BBQ meat balls the give me some other kind of Spicy chicken and I bayed for items didn't received when go back with the Receipt they say " ohh we don't have it" and offer something different! From the beginning why they charge for items they don't have and keept silent till we asked about missing items later, never go back there.

Untrained staff! Took 15 mints for him to take my order. Even after pronouncing my name wrote it wrong. The pizza maker dint even knew which sauce is peri peri. The front desk don’t have any idea of the menu he is working with. Even the taste of my pizza was the worst had to throw it away. And at last the screen was showing the pizza was ready yet it took 15 extra mints to get it ready. Been to a-lot of branches but this ones the worst. And most untrained staff with shity quality Taste.

Where's my pizza?
Just ordered a spicy vegetarian, with olives and pepperoni.
Received a meatlovers.
They offered to make me another, I repeat my order.
But I guess they are Just not interested in listening to the customer.
Made me a vegetarian. It was undercooked and sloppy.
Very poor service and to use the excuse that some one else took my pizza, after making me a second time.
Never will be stopping there again.
To every one that eats there. Make sure u check your pizza before leaving the premises. Good luck

Hygiene a worry, pizzas varying quality, kids behind counter, don't speak English very well. Gilles plains much better Dominos.

Went to ingle farm dominos on 10/3/2020 order 6 ham n cheese pizzas n cheese garlic scrolls at 5 pm. Came back in with order tracker saying my order was in oven with 5 mins to go, 5mins later one of staff informed me they has run out of ham with which I replied what were they going to put on it then, he informed me another staff member was going to get more she would only be 5mins fair enough I thought.that time came n went but in the mean time another customer who had ordered over the phone had come in for their order to which they were told half there order had been cooked but not the rest as no ham, so she left then came back n cancelled her order as she felt she should have been informed of the problem n she had a pressing appointment she had to attend, with that she left. Shortly after a couple of boys came in I told them not to order the ham n cheese as there was none, with that the attendant turned up with replacement ham, the other attendant then went after customer who had left n then returned.this was now 25mins waiting after that attendant had filled customer who had lefts order and delivered it to her with which she followed him back in n paid for meals.the couple of boys who had order ham n cheese were them served there order yet I was still waiting. When I finally got my order was given a free garlic bread for my inconvenience with which I replied I would like managers number to make my complaint with a reply of why, informed him I had not received all of my order n why was I to wait longer.in the end I just left n got into my car which was parked directly out the front of store it seems that my 15 minute pizzas had taken over 45 minutes to produce. It seems beyond me how a company as big as dominos regardless of privately run or not would have the common sense to keep an eye on there stock. I highly doubt management even read any of these comments but I will never be going to dominos ever again. No star rating either

Bought from here 3 times since ive moved to ingle farm. All 3 times have been very good. Generous amount of toppings on all pizzas and food was ready on time for pickup. Quality from here so much better than my previous local dominos store

I received a burnt pizza and when I asked for another one, one of the girls from the other side of the counter told me "it will not be perfect as it is hand made".
