Domino's Pizza Golden Grove

Pizza was just terrible the toppings were not even on the pizza but all over the box that came with it the spice which on just a ham and cheese pizza for the kids was pretty warm tasting, pizza arrived late and warm, the garlic bread was squished and looked like someone sat on the thing, the only thing that came to perfection was the soft drink the rest pure trash

One of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Dismal "quality", lack of topping and burnt to boot. Avoid at all costs

What I got vs what I ordered. 4 prawns on a prawn pizza. Tasteless & soggy. Won’t be ordering again. 0 stars.

So this is supposed to be a thin and crispy Peri Peri chicken pizza. Good to see the pizza checker system doesn't seem to work.

Firstly it was not on the thin and crispy base as ordered, secondly they forgot to slice it and thirdly it appears the peri peri sauce was poured not drizzled over the pizza. Was so disappointed.

Just wanted to provide feedback as this pizza was not to the standard that we are used to receiving from this store.

I am sorry, but Not my type of pizza. It felt more like a play ground with all the staff including male and females and happily swearing there heads off. Bit of a let down

Cancelling orders because it's close to closing time? Lmfao I worked at multiple places such as subway where if people walked in, ordered uber, or made an order in anyway anywhere BEFORE closing time, I'd have to take it, because you're still open. Don't call me up when I've ordered 5-10 minutes before closing for a late delivery when anywhere else would do that. It's absolutely terrible service. I've stayed open after closing time when I worked at a restaurant, and that's when customers came in before closing time as well!

Dominos App took my order and my money, gave me an estimated arrival time, but didn't send the order to the store, takes minimum 7 business days to get the money back.

Recuperating at home from recent surgery, I decided to give my dear wife a night off cooking, and ordered a pizza from Golden Grove store. I was told it would be about 30 minutes. After waiting an hour with no delivery, I rang the store to be told they were running a bit behind and it wouldn't be long. Another hour went by and still no pizza! I rang again to be told that someone had forgotten to click the computer to register my order. Two hours! Unbelievable and unforgiveable. I promply cancelled the order because we coudn't wait another two hours for our dinner! Won't ever be going there again!

Had to change my review. Ordered online through their app. What a disappointment. Took near 40 mins from when pizza was cooked until it was pickup for delivery. It arrive near cold. Also asked for extra topping of onion and pineapple. Needed a search party to find them! Found about a dozen pieces of pineapple and couldn't find any onion. Needless to say, I wont be ordering from Dominos again. Pizza should have come out of oven JIT for pickup. Did not enjoy my experience at all. Never really had a good pizza from this store.

Pizzas were good, quick service.store front was grubby, no idea when they last cleaned the entrance door/handles.

I did a on line order so had little interaction but what I did have was very good. The lady was quick, polite and helped me with a mistake I had made with the order. Pizzas were very good as usual from this chain.

It takes 7 minutes to drive from dominos to my place yet it took over an hour to get 2 pizzas delivered and it said the driver had the pizzas for 28 minutes in his car. W. T. F. Food was cold, Quality, I mean the amount of ingredients used is getting beyond a joke. And why does a large keep getting smaller?

First time I ordered the pizzas were very late and cold and silly me thought I would try again tonight waited 45 minutes for my pizza nothing arrived called the store to be told my pizzas where delivered this is not good enough and I will be going to pizza hut from now on

Will not order Domino's again. They don't let you know pizza size when you order online. You pay $2.00 for each topping that you put stuff all on.l payed $6.00 for 3 extra toppings that you could fit in a thinbel. You are a disgrace. Word of mouth I will be shore to let people know not to order Domino's

Booked pizza's for 6pm they call at 6 pm to say they dont have ingredients. We then agree on different topping and a refund. The driver then has no refund pizza's are made terrible no topping and burnt. Lift your game

Tried to charge me $44.95 for 2 pizzas, refunded $11.00 of that, soggy, horrible, expensive waste of time, ontop of that no 1.25 drink or garlic bread supplied, Not happy Jan!

We ordered a pizza for the first time for many years. Problem with Domino’s was, we had no idea what size we were ordering? Maybe it’s our age but if that’s the case then please make it a bit easier to know what size we’re ordering. Pizza was delicious. Just not enough for two hungry oldies!

An absolute disgrace had ham and pineapple pizza at our friday night function. The topping was missing but for one piece of pineapple. Ripped off.

Absolutely appalled, if I could give 0 stars I would.
I ordered 2 pizzas on uber eats, not only did they both have hardly any toppings, barely 5 bits of pineapple on the entire thing, but they were absolutely tiny. They were in no way worth 18 dollars each. I also ordered some apparently 'oven baked' churros which were sooo greasy and honestly disgusting.
I got an ice-cream Sunday as well, which was not only tiny but vile. It was crunchy and half melted. This is by far the worst most disappointing meal I have ever brought.
I am appalled at what dominos calls pizza and their ice-cream isn't even icecream.

This was disgusting, do not buy food here.
