Domino's Pizza Golden Grove reviews
5910/01/2024 Domino’s GG- We had our order mixed up with other customer. But the team responded and contacted us apologised and delivered a new pizza for us. Quick response and service.
Any wonder they are supposed to going broke. Staff need more training and learn to follow it through. Hollywood Dominoes are worse. Even if you ask for the pizza to be done properly it turns out the way.
Takes two hours to get pizza. Wound up ordering Marcelina because I was tired of waiting. Very hard to communicate with the workers too.
Don't get take away very often, and for what you pay it's not worth the convenience anymore. It's better to cook at home.especially with the cost of living rising.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
Went to go pick up an order from Domino's. My order was a Gluten free Pizza and my friend that was sharing it with me was allergic to Shellfish. I saw Employees use the same cutters for all Pizzas. That's Cross contamination and poor Hygiene Practices. I'm coeliac so I would of been sick but my friend would be worse off. I cancelled my order and went somewhere else immediately.
Made a pick up order of $60 which consisted of burnt pizzas, we asked for a refund but they refused so then had to wait a further 20 minutes for them to be re-cooked. Other customers were calling and also returning with burnt pizzas.
There's no difference between a normal pepperoni and a loaded pepperoni. The cheesey crust is not worth getting either. Domino's just doesn't compare to a family owned pizza shop. Disappointed every time.
Floors are soaked I almost slipped as did other people who entered, tables are sticky and messy. Pizza was okay
Ordered 2 pizzas the guy took my order and said it's fine they can deliver (only 20 mins away) waitied over half an hour called them up and said they weren't doing it because it's to far away
Food was fine with a good amount of toppings. Staff could use a little bit more training on customer service. Not a good look walking around not serving people at the front counter whilst drinking a drink and having customers wait while you continue the banter to your team who was clearly new.
4 pieces of pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza it's more like cheese pizza that they forgot to put the pepperoni on
Got a vegetarian pizza and I have to say that it’s the best when compared to other chains. Fresh vegetables and good amount of cheese was used and it tasted delicious.
Seevice was great, fast efficient, friendly, unfortunately the pizza's did not have a lot of topping.
I always order a vegan pizza and vegan cheesy garlic bread. Pizza tasted “off”, couldn’t figure out what is what until I ate the garlic bread. It was the vegan cheese. Tasted like actual vomit! I called and told the staff member to get someone to try then vegan cheese as it is clearly off. Apparently it was “fine”. Yeah right, far from it!
Pretty much just flavored bread at this point. Where’s the “50% more pizza and toppings”? At least the one that wasn’t cut had a decent amount of toppings on it, even if it was really undercooked.
Paid $14,95 for a classic supreme as well as 4 other pizzas. Could not find a supreme amongst my order when I arrived home. Rang the store and was told that they could not supply half of the ingredients to go on the pizza. When I asked why we were not told that when we picked them up.manager said oh didn't you get told. No we didn't terrible customer service and waste of money. I won't be returning.
Surprised by how good the pizzas actually were for a chain store. Good amount of toppings, priced well for a Sunday lunch. Can't really complain about anything. Ready within 15 minutes.
Ordered delivery around 10: 30pm, knowing the shop closes at 11, but after an hour of waiting no one arrived with my order or even a phone call on explaining what’s going on. Now disappointed going bed with no dinner
Absolutely disgusting pizza, terrible quality, little to no topping, burnt and out of date ingredients used. Stay well away, you will be disappointed and very ill if you eat there. The shop is a disgusting mess with topping all over the floor.
I ordered a pizza at 5.45pm and tracking shows it was sitting in the store awaiting delivery between 6.08 and 6.18. I phoned the store at 6.20 saying i was still waiting. While on the phone the person checked where the driver was. He came back to me saying the driver was just a few minutes away. At that moment the driver rolled up i asked the poerson on the phone to wait while i checked the pizza it was not hot so i said to the driver to take it back and i wanted a hot pizza. He wanted to hand me at bottle of soft drink because the pizza was late and i said no that i dont drink soft drinks. I told the person on the phone i was sending the pizza back and wanted a fresh hot one.
I was checking my emails and noted i had been given a refund for the pizza and phoned the store again to be informed if i wanted a pizza it would be a long wait. So an hour later no pizza a refund and now i have to cook myself dinner
