Domino's Pizza Glenunga

Ordered two times in two weeks from uber eat. Orders were cancelled and charged my account. When i call them. No one answered the phone. Tried serveral times. Very bad service.

The staff doesn’t pick up calls, I tried at least 5 times but neither anybody picked it up nor they asked to wait on hold, after ringing for a few minutes the call got deducted every time. For such reasons this branch of Dominos is always gonna be a turn down for me.
I hope they will try to improve their services

Tell you a story: to order in their restaurant is more expensive than ordering the same thing on Uber Eats.

Do not bother with this Domino's. So poorly managed. We ordered a 3 pizza deal via Uber around 6pm with estimated delivery by 7.05pm. The driver got lost on our street somehow and after numerous phone calls back and fourth with the restaurant the driver still couldn't find our house - it's a no-through road so it's not overly complicated. Around 7.40pm I spoke to the driver and he still advised that there would be a wait but reassured me that he will find my house after additional directions were provided. Driver still doesn't show, so I call the restaurant and they advise that he has run out of fuel and I could either wait for them to prepare the order again and re-deliver or cancel the order. I said I'll come pick it up to avoid further delay - I was meant to be studying for an exam btw.
Attend the store, only 2 of 3 pizzas are made and unknowingly the staff hand me the unfinished order - luckily I noticed while walking to the car. Advise that order incomplete, wait in store for another 15-20mins while they prepare the last pizza. Once ready, I asked the young guy at the counter if he was the manager, he said no. I asked for the manager and explained how poor the service is and all I get is smile and a weak apology - oh, 2 sides were thrown in but they went soggy after waiting for the last pizza to be made. I would have thought after such a monumental stuff up the manager would at the very least apologise and hand over the order - what a joke! So after ordering at 6pm finally got home 2hrs 45 mins later to eat. Needless to say, the worst experience with a Domino's I've ever had. Avoid this one if you don't want to be completely stuffed around with terrible service.

I usually like to order pizza from dominoes as they are reasonably good but this time got a pizza large with stuffed crust there was no cheese in crust what was actually supposed to be in crust was over pizza and what I paid for was large and looked like a small pizza only good thing was ordered loaded pepperoni and that i was satisfied with there was no cheese on pizza and this is supposed to be a pizza shop not a very good one cant even get the orders right very disappointed and they are supposed to look like the same pizza all through the dominoes chain think itight be time to rethink where I get my pizza sorry dominoes

Ordered 2 x pizzas this week. Shop was packed and only one poor young lad at the front taking orders and giving out orders, he clearly needed help. App said my order would be ready at 6: 52PM, it was not. Waited for my order to indicate on the screen it was ready (about 15mins later) and when it did, I advised the guy at the counter that my order was ready and asked if I could grab it and go as I was already running late. He said yes but then went on to serve others and then disappeared around the back and started making pizzas. My order was ready for about 15mins before i was able to collect it (pizza was no longer hot at this stage). It was such a frustrating wait i grabbed my 2 pizzas and raced out the door to get home. Got home, opened up the 2 x pizzas and I was given the wrong pizza. There was no way I was going to go back and do more waiting. Just a really incompetent store that really needs to have not only more staff but a better system to ensure the smooth flowing of orders and pick up. You could see everyone's frustration.

I'm not sure how this occurred whether it was the process of making the pizza or the fault of the suppliers who provided the pizza ingredients. But I ordered a chicken pizza on Saturday night and have been violently ill with salmonella since (it is now Tuesday). I apologise if it is the fault of the suppliers and not the restaurant itself, but please be careful with your produce because you've caused a customer to be extremely ill.

Last time I was there l went to the shop for a pick up told the girl 3 times at the shop that l wanted traditional tomato sauce base, so when l got home, it had barbarque sauce. So l had to drive back to the shop an order another one (not happy).

My Pizza was 2 and a half hours late and cold. I rang them twice as i ordered on my lunch break at 1pm and it came at 3: 30pm when i was with customers. Really screwed up my entire day. I understand they were busy but if they had communicated that from the beginning i would have gotten a refund and gotten lunch somewhere else. I missed lunch for the day and it was very unprofessional that i had to leave customers to collect my pizza.

Ordered food at 6: 53pm. 8.06pm and we're still waiting.bloke's been making deliveries for the last 20 minutes on the way, for what is a 7 minute drive. Shocking!

Very hit and miss. Sometimes good and sometimes the pizza is missing ingredients or the person making the pizza is very stingy. I have had numerous times where a new pizza had had to be made. You get an ok pizza for the $5 but I would not recommend anything elaborate.

I thought the size and toppings were generous for the price. This obviously isn’t gourmet pizza, but it is tasty and satisfying. The garlic bread is standard size and delicious. I was pleased at how quickly our pizza was ready after we ordered. I was there tonight and it seemed the place was a bit under staffed. The person who served us was great at running the show on his own.

One star is too much. Worst Domino's in SA. Bought 2 premium pizzas: meat lovers and garlic and prawn. Prawns were cold and sparsely put. For the $50 I paid here I got very bad quality food. Zero stars.

So called deep pan is not even as deep as before. They had made a batch of dough. I returned. They said, that is what is in the fridge.

Lucky I can't rate it with no stars because that's what it deserves. The pizzas aren't what are advertised and they don't care when you complain about it. Go elsewhere is what I do.

Online order did not go through. Called the number and got an automated message saying "your mailbox is full"

They forgot about my order. I had to wait 15 min sitting there. The guy put pizza in the boxes without gloves. Very disappointed.

This was the tastiest dominoes I have ever had. I would recommend this store to all of those Indians who are looking for Indian dominoes taste here in Aussie dominoes. If you find Bro Joban Sidhu pn the spot, you are tge lucky one. He is the best.

Last Wednesday went for a meat lover pizza and sadly theres only bacon and minced beef apparently and no chicken, pepperoni, sausages, and bit BBq sauce.
We pay and why its so mean service?
We usually try dominos but not again.
Try tintinara shell gas pizza and you will see the difference. (even no so called brand popularity)
