Domino's Pizza Glenunga

First of all the workers were so slack wearing AirPods on the job, like comeone your not getting paid to listen to music your getting paid to make pizzas and serve customers. Not sure how everything was after that because the moment I saw those workers I walked out. Shocking

Worst domino's i've ever ordered from. 2 hours wait for a pizza, The driver gps doesn't work.

Very poor timing and delivery. 2 hrs for cold pizzas. Commercial uninteresting pizza. Probably nicer if actually warm, forget hot. Clumsy app. Delivery driver nice and apologised but the store isn’t worth my effort.

Delivery driver left it at the wrong house, multiple doors down. Called them for help, and they kept blaming us saying they "swear" the delivery driver had the right house, and was fighting about it, stating they wouldnt have made an error. Once we found our food—cold—4 doors down, they immediately hung up. Awful service.

Rude. Was meant to be the 3 X $10 deal and he told us it was $46 because we changed sides to lava cake. According to ad, we can do that. Wouldnt be surprised if he pocketed it

Ordered my pizza at 6.45pm, and its currently past 8pm and I have still not gotten my meal. I have called the store 5 times and the phone has not been picked up once. Actually stupid to tell people that the food will be there at 7.30 and then still not have it delivered over 30 minutes later.

Pizza arrived late, cold as well as incorrect bases for two out of three.
I'm was told by the "delivery expert" who had done his work with due diligence and spoken to the store manager about the issue that a remake would be done and delivered.
That never happened even after follow up calls were made therefore I can't recommend this business as being reliable to anyone.

This domino has extremely horrible service and the pizza has only 10 pepperoni slices on the whole entire pizza! I also waited for 30 whole minutes inside the shop without anyone talking to me.

Haven't had Domino's in years due to livingout bush. Recently moved close to this one. Pizza's still hit the spot, but the surcharge that changes depending on the day is a bit on the nose for a massive franchise.

Not sure why the negs. Went on the app, ordered pizza, 10min later I was at the store and picked it up. All went smoothly. Thanks guys.

Very friendly and nice service. They were kind to help me out to bring the pizzas in the car because I had my baby in my arms. Thank you.

One of the worst pizzas ever. No ingredients and paid for extra. Burnt also. Last time had domino's from Pultney St and it was 100 times better than this. No consistency in Dominos franchies what so ever.

I needed 3 large Hawaiian pizzas delivered at 3: 30pm for an after school kids party. I rang at 2pm to give plenty of notice. Pizzas were delivered on time, hot, and great value for the price. Happy kids

Horrible experience with this pizza shop took 2.5hours for food to deliver. They keep extending time every time you call. Manager and staff were irresponsible and rude. Order was placed at 6: 30pm delivered 9pm worst experience.

Zero star. Delivered to wrong address, without proper verification of collection. Over 2 hours, 2 phones calls spanning 20 minutes, and no solution.
Once you paying with card, then dont care if the right customer gets the order.unless it cash, that the only time they will call.

Ordered pizza at 7: 30, time of delivery kept increasing untill 9: 10 so decided to call but noone picked up, am still waiting for pizza rn but its almost been 2.5 hours

Great variety of pizza flavours and toppings. Quick preparation and fast service. Clean store. Pizzas were good for the price. The dough has changed, it’s industrial and has cheap texture. Doesn’t taste natural. Overall a good experience. They have ebikes in many domino’s stores for local delivery which is great for sustainability.

Worst Domino store ever! Ordered 3 pizzas, got 1 wrong, called and the girl on the phone said they will replace it. 5 min later the store person called and asked me to pay $19.95 for the pizza, told them what happened and he explained that the girl hang up on him without telling him what happened. Ok, I waited and waited for 2 hours without anybody knocking on the door, finally opened the door and found the cold pizza on the floor. Just so you know they rang the door bell for the first delivery and every delivery before that. They just left it out in the cold, now with ants crawling all over it. Threw in the bin straight away and will never order from this store again. Quality of pizza is also the worst you could possibly get, suggest to stay away from this place at all costs.

Poor customer service, poorly run dominoes. Had a 40 min wait Time the last three orders in a row and not made correctly. Will not be returning.
