Domino's Pizza Gawler

Tonight was disappointing, ordered 2 large pizza 2 garlic bread. Order ready only 1 pizza 2 garlic bread. The guy goes do I need to make the other pizza, well yes I ordered it, then says will be extra $3. Told the other guy I'm being charged extra for their mistake and my pizza and garlic bread is going cold waiting a further 15 min for my other pizza. He refunded the $3 which was nice, although it should have been a refund for the whole order. Customer Service is key to keep people coming back.

Went in (no other customers not busy) to collect on line order, woman loudly talking on her phone (different language) looked at me and ignored me went behind the wall continuing her phone call.
Had to wait to be served by another staff.

If you dont want a to work go home!

Supreme pizza paid full price for & paid for extra ingredients & not only did it not resemble a supreme pizza with very little topping but they never added my extra ingredient. This is what happens when Indians take over from an Australian run pizza shop

Friends went to this food outlet and we're happy with food they received and the service was good.

Order from here regularly, food is always prepared quickly with a decent amount of toppings and staff are always friendly.

Quick service, pizzas okay.
Staff are somewhat friendly.
Delivery service is good too.
Wheelchair parking and access is available.

This will be our go to if we just don't have time and super lazy and dont mind putting mass produced meals to our guts: (

Wow weeee. This place takes you for a ride. Bad service, bad pizza and while I was waiting out front for my pizza a dominoes delivery car almost hit my car as he was going way to fast in a carpark. When I told him "that was a bit close don't ya think mate, slow down". He then told me to f-off. Great job mate.

Typical dominos pizza restaurant, you get what you pay for really. Pizzas are pretty average not much substance to them probably more nutrition in the box they come in. Cheap pizzas is cheap pizza. The staff seemed friendly enough and my order was hot and ready on time so can't complain. Online ordering made the ordering process really easy probably my preference in ordering options. Will return there next time I need cheap little substance pizzas:)

Yesterday i had a pizza party, Amarresh at the Dominos evanston store, was very helpful in working out the pizzas, cost & delivery.the pizzas were great value for money, they ALL (12) arrived on time, HOT & as ordered. They were all eaten. Great job.

The pizza here is not the best. Whilst cheap - you get what you pay for. Toppings are minimal and overall it doesn't taste great. I also experienced poor service here when a driver of this store bullied me on the road throughout Gawler. I tried to follow-up with the store staff by providing details and they denied. Not a nice experience.

Friendly staff especially the cute man who served me on my first visit to this store on 15/11/2017, hot pizza, generous amount of topping. Garlic bread was good too. Good value

Great pizza's. Nobody in the area can do as good as they do for the price and great taste. Never had a bad pizza from them.

The most people I've ever seen working there since they opened and the worst service! Only got served because my 7yr old daughter just started telling one or the 3 girls standing at the counter our order after waiting so long and stood waiting for someone to give me my order almost 10 mins AFTER it was on the display as done, only to find it had been sitting on the shelf the whole time.not impressed!

Upon returning home with my pickup order of 2 pizzas, a bolognese garlic bread and a cheesy garlic bread I found that both of the garlic breads were very over cooked and had a burnt taste. Upon contacting the store I was told that they were not burnt, that was how they're supposed to be and that every single order is cooked the same as they're put through on a timer. I was then told I couldn't be offered a replacement product as it would be exactly the same. So much for Domino's Satisfaction Guarantee.
