Domino's Pizza Gawler

I brought 4 minis with sides and unfortunately no dipping sauces were packed in the boxes. My 4 grandchildren were extremely disappointed so I rang and spoke with a young girl and the manager. After approximately 12 minutes (mainly on hold) the response was only to credit me back the cost of the sauces for when I purchase another meal (3-4 dollars). No sorry let me get that out to you on the next delivery. Hell I tipped the driver $4 so I wanted customer service not a token refund for what I had already paid for. Very disappointing outcome considering there are many other pizza places in Gawler

Ordered a party bundle for a movie night the pizzas ordered cold, with little to no toppings and was promised a refund been 5 days and still nothing. Call back today to be told I need to contact corporate to get my money back. Disgusting service all round!

Pizzas burnt, cheesy garlic bread burnt, brownies burnt and churros burnt. Now I know why I usually do not buy from here.

2 and a half hours late for delivery, was given someone else's order. Staff do not care, rude over the phone, after 3 hours of waiting, we finally received most of what we ordered. Terrible service, and sub-par food. Dominos Gawler used to be good, not anymore. Plenty of better pizza places out there. Don't waste your time or money at this store.

I was served by a person name Ryan at Gawler Dominos - he had no idea what was going on and he got the entire order wrong. No idea how he has a job and he is the most incredibly rude person I have encountered at fast food!

I ordered large traditional chicken supreme pizza and its look like just base and cheese no topping. Taste like eating cheese with bread. Waste of money

I don't seem to be part of the target audience in their advertising, my money is as good as those in the ads though, that's fine, I'll spend it elsewhere.

Run by pigs. Front enterence is covered in dirty fingerprints and caked finger grime on the handles and door frame. Dead bugs where seen on the floor. Dirty gloves tosses on the floor. Violation of food health and safety standards. Food was presented ok but I was really put off by how dirty the shop is.

One star is a very generous for this store. They consistently get the orders wrong. I don't think we have had an order that was right once. They miss ingredients on pizzas that aren't even extras like sauce swirls. Don't bother calling to complain because they don't want to hear it nor do they care. The instore customer service is also usually terrible.

Ordered here multiple times, have yet to disappoint!
Pizzas are great for the cheap price, definitely get what you pay for!

Went to pick up mini pizzas which I placed an order in app beforehand.
There are different prices on some of the minis.
Cheese and Hawaiian were the same.
The new cheeseburger was slightly more expensive.

Typical of a dominos, fair amount of topping, timing is good, cleanliness could be better but it is passable.

I would not get pizzas here again, got meatlovers, very sparse meat, I could have counted the amount of meat on the pizza.

Ordered for delivery over the phone and they tell us that we can't pay by card.
Then when delivery driver arrives we have cash for him but apparently he doesnt carry change? So convenient! (So we paid $10 extra)
Then they got our order wrong, cheesy garlic bread had burnt bits all over it and the pizza wasn't even sliced and half of one was squashed as if the box had been dropped at some stage!?
Will not order from here again which is a shame as i usually love domino's plant based pizzas.

Ordered a pizza with no bbq sauce added pizza sauce, the pizza came cold and with no sauce AT ALL! I called up politely to say we had no sauce and was wondering if we could get it remade or a refund, i had the online order saying exactly what i had and they said it wasnt there etc, so i expalined i can come in and show and give back this pizza and the employee was extremely rude and hung up the phone as i was talking
0/10 go for the terrible pizza stay for the apauling customer service

Pizza from Gawler Domino's is normally great
The last 2 times and especially last night Sat 20/8 the pizza was burnt underneath and very dry
Makes me not want to buy from there again

Haven't even got the pizza yet! Tried to order through the app. Both times advised that the order cannot be placed. Checked bank and payment is pending? Tried to call shop again and again to see what is going on and no one is picking up the phone? Non existent service

Don't have a complaint a out the food. Though now that covid rules have eased, I wouldve thought their tables and chairs would be set up again, instead they're all just stacked in the front of the shop as you walk in. Making the place look incomplete and untidy.

Pizza had too much pizza sauce it was way too thin and all it was a Hawaiian with cheese crust it had no topping only pizza sauce well very tiny amount of topping almost non and the tiny bit of topping fell off the pizza cheese crust had pizza sauce in it my niece had pizza sauce all over her little tiny face poor girl could not eat it never going here again.

Ordered through the app which didn't work twice despite confirming that the order was paid for. Then one of the pizzas we ordered wasn't even right. Staff didn't know what was going on the whole time and were unhelpful.
